Total scam!!! I ordered a sympathy arrangement. I clearly showed delivered but when I got to the funeral it was not there. They clearly LIED because I was ordering from out of town so they thought I wouldn't know. Then offered No compassion as or concern for my issue. Instead offered to send the flowers to the home of the deceased which made no sense. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

SCAM !! This website is an absolute scam, I order a same day delivery and didn't receive it. Their excuse was "bad weather" when the sky was clearer than their scam bs. Do not Order at all ! I'm still waiting my refund which probably won't arrive at all. Do not order from this site, you'll just get scammed and lose your money. The good reviews are probably them on alt accounts.

I would give a zero if possible. The flowers were nothing like i ordered and really ruined my daughter's birthday gift. I will never order again. So far, customer service is a joke offering me only a 30 percent refund.

I spent $200 for them to void my orders without reason. I called customer service, sat on hold for 30 minutes only for a person with very broken English to tell me it’s a system error and there is nothing they can do. This is not the first time pro flowers has dropped the ball but it will be the last time for me.

Awful!! I used them instead of a local florist because of the inclimate weather and local businesses shut down. The flowers, which I paid over $100 for, arrived 3 days late, brown and wilted. I had actually contacted them before the delivery hoping to be proactive and was told another arrangement would be shipped. Surprise ! No fresh arrangement, no effort to make their product right. I was embarrassed to send someone dear something that looked so bad. Their resolution - I get a whopping $23 refund. Unbelievable this is their best customer service. **Update - I returned the call to customer service and their replacement can't be shipped until the 17th - 12 days from now?! Sad. An order put on on January 30th can not be remediated until the 17th of February for a birthday that was February 1st. I wonder if I were to call and place a new order and shoved out more money if I would have to wait 12 days for shipment or if the flowers would even be fresh.

I placed an order on a Monday for delivery that day - which I paid extra for. At 7:30 that night, I contacted Proflowers because my arrangement had still not been delivered, despite receiving an email saying it was delivered. I was unable to get a human, it was an AI voice who could not understand what I was saying and would not transfer me to a human.Next I got on web chat and the person tried to talk me into a 30% refund with delivery the next day. I demanded a full refund - I needed the flowers delivered that day because of an anniversary.On Tuesday, an arrangement about a quarter of the size I ordered arrived. Now I knew who the local florist was and called them directly. They said they only received the order that day, and their order indicated a value of $35 despite my paying $80.I believe Proflowers honored their agreement to give me a full refund because I no longer see the charge on my credit card, however the rest of this transaction is/was very shady and unsatisfactory. I will not use them again.

The flowers were nice the arrangement was not as shown, that did not bother me as much as the fact I paid for a teddy bear and a box of chocolates that were not delivered. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Proflowers again the service is not like it used to be.

The flower ordering was easy and price reasonable. Flowers beautiful...only negative was they were delivered a day late...probably due to weather
