PromGirl Return Policy Unacceptable
We received the dress from PromGirl; while the quality was acceptable, the fit was not as expected, and the dress shed excessively.The return process has been challenging. Despite submitting a detailed inquiry, I received a generic response referencing a return policy that was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Had it been clear that only exchanges or store credit were offered, I would not have placed the order.Given the price point, over $200, a store credit is not a reasonable resolution. The dress is being returned, and this experience has led me to refrain from future purchases and to caution others unfamiliar with the site and its policies.

Be cautious about sizing and review the return policy
The dress arrived quickly and looked beautiful, but unfortunately it did not fit. I intentionally ordered two sizes up, and it was still much too small, suggesting the sizing runs significantly smaller than expected. I was unable to exchange it for a larger size because it was out of stock, and returning it wasn’t an option due to the store’s return policy. Unfortunately, I’m now stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit and cannot be refunded. Buyers should be cautious about sizing and review the return policy before purchasing.

Simply enchanting!!!
Purchased a dress for my daughter’s prom and it was absolutely beautiful!! She got so many compliments. I ordered it early thinking it would take a while, it got here in a week!!! Definitely our new shop to order dresses from!!!
