They sent the wrong shade and refuses to refund my money - or send the correct shade. I have proof of the SKU number on the wrapping vs the SKU number on the box. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I have been using proven for over a year now and these are Incredible products and phenomenal customer service! Yes you might be paying a Lil bit of premium price to get a proven skincare set but it worth each and every penny. These are tailor made for your skin, adapt to your current surroundings and much more for your skin health! The customer service is also great 👍, they are prompt in replies and finding adequate solution. 1 million Thank you Proven!

Worst customer service ever and a total scam, I cancelled my subscription and then a year later randomly got an email that my order was “on the way”, was charged for it, and they refused to refund me even tho I never resubscribed. They told me they sent a “reminder” email a couple weeks prior to the shipment so I had ample time to cancel if I didn’t want it, but I checked junk, spam, everywhere, NEVER received this email. They still refused to refund. Horrible company. Scam subscriptions.

I have been using the skin system + serum (once a day) for about 3 months now. I have rosacea that was very hard to control, would make me feel self-conscious, and required a strong cream prescribed by a dermatologist with the ingredients that I don't feel comfortable continually putting on my skin. I stopped using the cream to see if proven can help. And I am happy to say that it's so much better. Rosacea didn't disappear completely but it's calmer, not so red. i don't need to wear foundation. If I am going to public places I just use the light mineral powder from Jane Iredale. I feel happier and more confident now. I hope things only get better with me continuing to use Proven. I highly recommend you try it.

I tried my personalized skin products. Very greasy and I broke out in 2 hours after the first application. I contacted the email on their website only to get a non deliverable as my reply. If I would have know they had zero refund policy, I would have never ordered this product. I am out $129 for one use. If I would have known they were unreachable, I would have never ordered these products.

SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!I purchased the product and used for a month and found it to not be of poor quality although bordering on overpriced at $99. The price was going to jump to $142 for the next order, which I felt was too expensive so I cancelled my subscription. They proceeded to ship me the product anyway and bill the $142. After asking them about this, they would not refund the money even when I tried to send the product back. So much potential, such disappointing behavior from this company.

I tried this product for about 6 - 8 months. It's expensive and if you are already using products for sensitive skin then it may not do a whole lot for you. But my reason for cancelling the subscription is the day cream specifically. I live in an area with a lot of sun. So much sun, that I must always use a good SPF when I leave the house. So I want a good day cream that moisturizes my dry and sensitive skin in the morning and after a shower. I will then apply SPF block or sunscreen before going outside. But the Proven Day cream is a crappy SPF that doesnt really moisturize so well and leave a white tint. I did try change my profile - but it didnt change. I know my postal code says I need so much SPF: that is why I add it separately, I need to. If you do like it though, a pro tip is to start the process off cancelling the subscription: they will offer you a much better deal.I did really like the night cream and cleanser. I will miss those. But it's overpriced and the day cream really doesn't work if you need to use a moisturizer and not a sunscreen.
