I am verry disappointed about Puma just treated me. I ordered a pair of shoes that supposed to came yesterday. I don't received them and when I spoked with Evri they told me they can't localise my parcel. I demanded to Puma to demand return parcel to refund me but they told me they can't cancel. Is about my money, I need to buy another pair and wait until Puma will agree to refund me. Guys is not nice. Please refund me.

After placing my order for next day delivery I was unaware that placing late order on a Thursday i would not get next day delivery my mistake. Received my purchase early Monday morning very happy with the quality. So remember people purchase no later than Wednesday to get next day delivery

I am extremely disappointed with Puma UK’s handling of my return. The website makes the process sound simple. Use the return label in the parcel of print the return label and drop the parcel off but this has not been the case at all. Due to an issue with the Evri return label provided by Puma, ParcelShops refuse to accept the return, leaving me unable to return a £200 pair of shoes and delaying my refund.I raised a formal complaint with Puma on 28 December (complaint reference: #3074247) and received no meaningful response or resolution. I also called customer services, where I was told the issue would be escalated, yet nothing changed. Instead, I later received emails advising me to contact Evri directly, despite this being a problem caused by Puma’s return process and chosen courier.There is also no option to return the item in store, which makes the situation even more frustrating, as I am left with no way to return a high-value item through no fault of my own. Passing responsibility to Evri rather than providing an alternative solution is unacceptable for a brand of this size.Overall, this experience has been shocking. The returns process is misleading, support has been poor, and my refund has been unnecessarily delayed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Puma. This is the first time ordering directly from them and I will not be doing so again and looking to take this further.

I received a defective item, and the way customer service handled this case has been extremely disappointing.PUMA does not offer replacements, and customer service repeatedly instructed me to return the defective item and place a new order myself. However, I purchased this item during the Black Friday promotion. Reordering now would cost significantly more than what I originally paid, and I would also need to pay additional shipping fees. This is clearly unfair, especially considering the issue was caused by a product defect.I tried to communicate and propose alternative solutions, but customer service eventually stopped responding. I have received no replies and have been unable to contact them at all.As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed by this experience. My concerns were ignored, and no reasonable effort was made to resolve the issue in a fair or customer-focused way.

No extended Christmas refunds accepted at store. Rude manager at tewkesbury Cotswold designer outlet, will not purchase from again. Shame as other staff there were lovely but she let the company down and a ridiculous policy nearly as bad as sports direct!

I’m really disappointed in Puma’s quality. I bought a pair of Puma running shoes from Sports Direct, and the build of the shoes is not what I expect from a premium brand. I paid almost £100, and the quality simply doesn’t match the price.One shoe feels completely different to the other when walking, causing discomfort and imbalance. This is not what I experienced in the physical store when trying them on. Once I wore them properly, it became clear that the quality and structure were poor and inconsistent.For the cost, I expected durability, comfort, and a higher manufacturing standard. Instead, the shoes feel cheaply made, and the quality is nowhere near what Puma used to be known for. I’m genuinely disappointed and, based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from Puma again.

★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing customer servicePuma delivered the wrong item — I ordered Austria shorts and received a BVB shirt instead. The order was meant to be a Christmas present, so this mistake caused real inconvenience.What made the situation worse was the customer service. There was no apology for the error, no replacement offered, and no refund suggested. They only cared about me returning the incorrect item and told me to place a new order myself.When the mistake is on the company’s side, I expect better service and a more customer-focused solution. Never again!!!
