I feel compelled to warn everyone about my recent nightmare with PureVPN.Predatory Auto-Renewal: They charged me over $100 via auto-renewal without any prior notification. I was shocked to see the transaction on my bank statement.Useless Dedicated IP: I paid extra for a Dedicated IP, but it’s completely non-functional. Every time I try to access the member area, I get "Access Denied" or "Blocked" messages.Abysmal Speeds: The connection speed is incredibly slow, making the service practically unusable for any professional task.Terrible Customer Support: When I reached out for help, the support team was dismissive and kept stalling. They refuse to provide a straightforward solution or a refund, acting like they are just waiting for the clock to run out.Summary: Don't waste your money here. They are quick to take your cash but slow to provide any actual service. I’ve already contacted my bank to block any further unauthorized charges.
