I have started buying from Quince and…
I have started buying from Quince and have so far been pretty happy with both their prices and the quality of their women's clothing. I used to purchase mostly from Banana Republic but have become very unhappy with their prices and especially the clothing quality. I may end up being a Quince convert because I live in a small-ish town with few in-person shopping options.

Quince products are high quality with great pricing. Customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Quince you will not be disappointed. If you don’t love your purchase returns are easy, but there truly is nothing not to like!!

They are liars and thieves
They are liars and thieves. Awful I returned two things in the same package and when the refund went through, it was only for one item so then they said it was because they didn't receive the other one, but they were in the same package so now they said they have to go check their warehouse for it like what who has to check a giant warehouse for an item that clearly arrived because it was in the same package so now they're just not refunding my money so I'm just getting my credit card because chatting with their customer service got me nowhere. Beware of this company. If you have to return things, they will steal your money in. You will be stuck. I fall in dispute with my credit card and file a complaint with about a business Bureau for keeping my money.

Brilliant customer service experience
My customer service experience with Quince was one of the best I’ve ever had. And product quality is terrific! They exchanged a product for me even though I only realized four months after purchase that I’d received the wrong size.

PACKAGE DELIVERED TO AN UNKNOWN LOCATION, NO DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE
The package was delivered to a place that is not my address. Photo clearly shows this is not my front door, not my apartment hallway, not even my apartment building. No live customer support available from either the "gig-economy" delivery service nor Quince company. The delivery company is called Veho. Never heard of them. Quince website does not specify what delivery service they use. Now that this has happened, I will not be ordering again from them, as this Veho service is obviously not good. Most likely some exploitative "gig-economy", app-based thing that has some poor person running to deliver way too many packages in a hour. And clearly Veho gave the delivery person the wrong address. Waste of time and money and who knows if I will get a call-back from Quince customer service, based in Leavenworth KS, who knows if they are exploiting prisoners at $1 an hour to provide customer service as there is a large prison there. Either that or I'll have to listen to some AI bot tell me lies. Overall, lots of red flags here that I wish I had known about before ordering from Quince. Dread to think where they source their clothes from...now realise this company is not what it images itself to be...
