Good luck getting your money back
My parcel was returned to the retailer (Quiz) on 3rd Jan yet I am still waiting for my refund. I used the prepaid returns label in my order which would have been sent back to Quiz yet they are refusing to inform Secretsales they received my return (when I can clearly see the tracking says delivered).Is business that slow that you are robbing me for a poxy £18?Beware when ordering from this brand - shambolic return system

I purchased some earrings which show as small studs however upon arrival they are the size of plates, I didn’t take them out of the package and emailed quiz who said I could not return them normally I would agree with this however they are still in the bags unopened and also the impression should not be small . Not happy at all!

Quiz shop asking me not to wear makeup
I am in shock. After being a customer of this shop for three years, I had a very disappointing experience. On the 28th of December, I bought a nice dress with a shoulder cover. As I was in a rush, I didn’t have time to try it on in the store. When I got home, the dress didn’t fit me, so I returned after three days.The store manager refused to accept the return, saying there were makeup marks on the shoulder cover, even though the dress itself had no marks at all. She refused to accept both items, claiming that I had probably worn them. I tried to explain that I could clean the shoulder cover if needed and that the dress was still new, as I had just bought it.We are women, and it is normal for us to wear makeup. This could easily happen even if I had tried the dress on in the store. Despite this, she refused and asked me to email customer service. I sent an email asking for a return or exchange, and one of the advisors, Azum/Malik,said they couldn’t do anything.I am absolutely shocked. As a woman, being told not to wear makeup if I want to shop there is unacceptable. I will never buy anything from them again, and I believe all women should do the same. Shame on you, Quiz Store.
