We ordered items totaling about $875 in mid-March and specifically chose their free standard shipping option since orders over $200 qualify. I have documentation and screenshots of every step showing I selected the free standard option. When the shipment went out, their notification included a copy of the invoice, but I noticed they'd tacked on $124 in shipping fees and charged my card without permission. When I contacted them about it, they claimed I'd picked expedited shipping and that it was my mistake. I pushed back with my screenshots as proof that I never selected that option, and they still refused to give the money back. The frustrating part is the supposed expedited shipping they charged me $124 for didn't even arrive any faster than the standard option would have. The website said standard would arrive around the 20th, and by the 22nd the expedited still hadn't shown up. This whole experience was really disappointing. I'd recommend going with a company you can actually trust.

I purchased some racks and have to say the staff were genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. But there were definitely some frustrating moments. They sold me a box they claimed was fully inspected and everything checked out, but when I got home and started unpacking for installation, the bars were actually dented and some parts were missing. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, I had to go back to the store to sort it out. The good news is they did provide replacement bars without charging me extra. One of their team members, Carlos, was super helpful when I was setting up my tent, walking me through the mounting rail situation and sharing the right documentation. I really appreciated that. But later when I realized the rails actually needed to be replaced entirely, I tried ordering new ones from them. I left a voicemail and never got a callback within 24 hours, and when I called back I was stuck on hold for 15 minutes. Eventually I just bought the replacement rails somewhere else. The staff are genuinely nice people, but they're missing opportunities to really nail it.

The installation crew at the local shop were friendly and got the job done pretty quickly. But there's a major problem. When I got home and looked at my vehicle, I noticed a huge scratch where they'd placed the ladder rack to install my cargo box. I found it odd that during the install, the technician made a point of showing me the cargo box features on one side. When I called to mention the damage, their response was basically that it wasn't their responsibility and I should have said something before leaving. I'm really disappointed with how they handled this situation.
