This was, without question, one of the BEST retail experiences my daughter and I have ever had.We traveled all the way from Denver, Colorado to celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday, and as a huge NBA fan (especially the Timberwolves and Anthony Edwards), this stop meant everything to her. Edwin and Sarah didn’t just meet expectations — they absolutely blew them out of the water.From the moment we walked in, Edwin took the time to explain the differences between the player card decks, breaking down why Rally House offered better value and a better overall product. It wasn’t a sales pitch — it was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Both Edwin and Sarah made easy, fun conversation with us about favorite teams, sports passions, and even got to know us on a personal level. Extremely disappointed in customer…
Extremely disappointed in customer service provided by Rally House. Certainly sizing issues are going to occur. Your return and credit policy is very cumbersome and inefficient. My returns were received on Jan 12 yet no credit or replacement has been processed. Brand F is vastly superior. I thought I would give RH a try but you have lost my business. Goid Riddance

HORRIBLE
Stopped in the store on my way home from work and was not greeted or acknowledged (I was the only one in the store) when walking around. I had picked out two sweaters and asked to use the restroom and was told restrooms aren’t for customers and no. I was about to purchase 2 sweaters and maybe a 1/4 zip (that’s about $275). I left. Lifelong Badger fan that purchases lots of apparel but not from here. The two sales kids didn’t even hardly look up from their phones.Thanks Taco Bell for the bathroom and Kohls and Dicks for the sweaters and shirts.

Out of stock shirt ordered, out of stock
Had ordered a shirt that was out of stock in the store. I received notice of shipping but it never progressed in tracking. Two weeks later I texted the number on the email and had prompt resolution. Apparently the item is out of stock. Would have given this 5 stars had the system cancelled the order and refunded because it was out of stock, not requiring me to follow up.

The staff outstanding
