DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE TRUST ME
Terrible company who will not only trap you and your payment method, but will charge you without delivering shit. They charged me TWICE AFTER I had already cancelled my subscription. I had to call like 10 times just to get one refund, and even then I was getting different answers and reasons left and right. Not to mention the customer service reps they have are garbage and rude. The actual service is horrible too, the delivery drivers do not follow delivery instructions and one too many times they left my products outside without notifying me and people have stolen my things. I can't even remove my payment method from my account or delete my account. The service rep can't even help me with this. This company is absolute horse shit and should fall off the face of the planet. No wonder they've had to rebrand like 20 times already. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Just go to your local supermarket and ask if they deliver waters, 9/10 they do and it's CHEAPER. This company is highway robbery. ZERO STARS

Super easy water delivery
Super easy water delivery. No more store runs. Got the dispenser and 5-gallon bottles to cut down on plastic. Highly recommend.

The most unreliable delivery system…
The most unreliable delivery system ever. Constantly cancelling and re-scheduling last minute. I've tried various times to see if it'll get better and it's gotten worse

What I like the most was home…
What I like the most was home delivery.What I did not appreciate was the increasing cost and less count of water bottle per pack. I am used to getting a 40 count as opposed to a 24 count. So I discontinued the service.

Horrible service…
Horrible service…. had multiple issues with fulfilling deliveries and doing the correct order …. funny no issues with them collecting their payments though.if you are considering this service DONT! save yourself the trouble
