A week ago I ordered a bed rug from…
A week ago I ordered a bed rug from them for my truck. After a week I asked when the bed rug would be shipped and I was just informed that my bed rug should be sent around March 13. There was no notice to a long wait time or anything. They have my money now and deliver the product 2 months later. Not the way to business.

Call and speak to a representative- very knowledgeable!
I called to speak to a representative about the differences in Tonneau covers for my truck. Nick was great with his comparisons. He helped me make up my mind and he discounted the price when I asked him if these ever go on sale. Looking forward to receiving my cover and getting it installed.

Purchased a hypertech programmer on…
Purchased a hypertech programmer on 11/17/25 did not receive the product until 1/3/26 only after calling them. The received programmer wouldn’t work even after calling hypertech for support they claimed the web site was down for week. After a week still wouldn’t work. Tried to return the product 1/6/26 got the runaround. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Finally got a return authorization when my credit card company took the money back and credited my account the same day how convenient. During all this I offered to pay more money to upgrade my programmer to a more expensive one they would do this for some reason.

Bait and switch or false advertising...
Got me with the old bait and switch ptr false advertising on the rhino roll bar only received they're light attachment and they had the audacity to tell me they fixed the issue and do you want a refund no i wanted what I paid for. Watch what you buy from this shady company

Buyer Beware
I purchased the AMP XL Powersteps for 2,300.00 in March, 2024. In November of 2025, they stopped lowering when you opened the door. The truck doesn't even have 9k miles on it right now. I called support, narrowed down the bad part at the end of September/ beginning of November, and they said one would be mailed out. Two weeks ago, I sent an email, and they said one would be on the way. A month goes by, and they say they are out of stock for 4 to 6 weeks. I reached out again yesterday, and they say they are out of stock for another 4 to 6 weeks. Keep in mind that the whole time, they have had the part on their website with "next day ship." It's the OBD plug. My truck has an 8" lift, so this leaves my truck inoperable. You can sense the amount they dont care from the tone in their emails.

Will fit a 2026 Jeep Compass
I had a 2020 Jeep Compass & bought the rain guard set for her a couple years ago from RealTruck. Recently I bought a 2026 Jeep Compass after trading my 2020 in,so I wanted to get rain guards for her as well. However I couldn't find any rain guards that attach to the outside of of the vehicle, they were all inside channel guards & I can't stand those cause they don't fit properly, get snagged on the window even after applying them correctly & are just to much of a headache even for an auto tech like me. After doing some research, I found most sites stated that the 2020 would fit the 2026 due to the body style not changing very much so I took a chance & bought them. They arrived pretty quickly, reasonably priced & fit the 2026 Jeep Compass perfectly. So happy with the outcome.
