RedCoach cancelled my trip but refused to refund me. I ended up paying $87.43 for a service they never provided, and they just offered a voucher valid only for 6 months—then even deducted a “service fee.” Their response to my complaint was generic and just “company policy.” Worst service I’ve experienced in the U.S.Travelers beware.

Horrible service and experience - bus broke down at a bucces 1 hour after departure and they had us unload and wait for 3 hours while they assured us another bus would come get us. After most left in Ubers or had family come get them, they let the rest of the passengers know that there was no longer any help coming, and we were on our own. There was no apology, much less any offer of refund or compensation for the waste of time and abandonment. Had to tell the bus driver that no one could get me and she finally had to get her boss to order me an Uber 1.5 hours back home. Would never ride with them again unless absolutely necessary. Save your money and book somewhere else

Red Coach bus number 3853 had a horrible driver who was in the fast lane going to speed limit and was almost causing accidents I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever take this service again ever

This was a complete nightmare. My mother was traveling from Fort Myers to Miami Airport, and the bus was over an hour late. The only notification came at the last possible moment, leaving no time to plan or find a safe alternative.We were forced to rush and urgently rent a car, spending extra money just to prevent her from missing her flight. She barely made it. If she had waited for Red Coach, she would have missed her flight for sure. There was no clear information, no updates, nothing.I contacted customer service to fix the issue. Their response was outrageous. They refused any refund, not even a partial refund, despite the fact we had purchased premium add-on services, including extra baggage, which were never used. Zero compensation. Zero accountability. Zero customer care.Red Coach clearly does not care about passengers, especially those depending on airport schedules. Delays happen, but ignoring your customers and refusing any support is unacceptable.Learn from my experience: do NOT trust Red Coach if you have a flight to catch, if you value your time, or if you don’t want a complete disaster. Choose literally any other transportation option.This was a nightmare I never want anyone else to experience.

Bus was delayed and no information was shared to passenger. There was a kind of chaos at the boarding place at Dallas where passengers had to run to each bus to check on the destination point. It was informed that we will get partner bus in that day. So we were in lot of confusion to board the right bus as most of the buses in that day was delayed. However, the best part is the bus was very good and safely dropped kids at their college.

Not all buses are equal! I am a "frequent flyer" with Red Coach. Originally, all buses had the same comfortable amenities and I raved about your service to my friends and family. This past year, about half of my trips were not up to the usual Red Coach standards for comfort and convenience. For example, my last trip from Woodlands to Dallas a few weeks ago on bus #9114 (Booking #IKGLQU) had no cup holders and my seat back was broken. Not a huge deal, because it got me where I wanted to go, but definitely not comfortable or convenient for a 4 hour trip. Red Coach has expanded it's routes, but is not increasing (or maintaining) it's previous level of comfort and convenience. P.S. After reading reviews from so many disgruntled passengers, I felt compelled to add the following POSITIVE notes to my review. On my numerous trips between Dallas and Houston, I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect by all of the bus drivers. They have ALWAYS helped me with my luggage. My bus has ALWAYS (for the most part) left and arrived on time. So I have added another star!

I have been a loyal customer of RedCoach for many years; however, my most recent experience on January 2, 2026, was not as positive as my previous ones.I traveled on bus service 9036 from Sarasota to Tallahassee, and the level of customer service I have come to expect was not present.First, the bus driver asked me to place my own luggage in the trunk. Due to existing health issues, this posed a potential safety risk for me and could also represent a liability for the company if an incident had occurred. Later, another passenger confirmed that the driver required passengers boarding at the USF Tampa stop to do the same, and one of them hit his head while attempting to load his luggage.Second, at the Ocala stop, passengers were given 15 minutes to use the restroom and/or eat while the bus refueled. After approximately 20 minutes, only five minutes beyond the permitted time, the driver started the engine and began to leave the gas station, despite my request to wait for another passenger, who was seated next to me, seats 1-A and 1-B, whose final destination was also Tallahassee, especially since we were already delayed. In such situations, kindness, compassion, empathy, and professionalism are essential. That passenger may have experienced an issue and could have needed assistance. After three other passengers also expressed concern, the driver returned to the gas station, allowing the visibly anxious and distressed passenger to board the bus.Third, upon arriving at our destination in downtown Tallahassee, the driver did not stop in front of the hotel to drop off passengers due to other cars being parked there. Instead, he stopped far away, forcing passengers to walk a considerable distance with their luggage through a very dark area to reach the hotel parking lot, where our families were waiting.I am aware that RedCoach has received an award for the second consecutive year, which is well deserved. However, I believe the issues described above could have been avoided with different training and a greater emphasis on kindness, courtesy, and customer care.Sincerely, Esther L. Medina.

Avoid buying online ticket from this bus company. I purchased a ticket to travel on January 4 but on January 1 the sent me an email me stating the trip was rescheduled one day earlier, January 3. I tried to cancel online and by calling the customer support. The chat is a bot that only says a representative will help you shortly but no real person responded in 6 hour time to help. I tried to call but each time I called their (321) number it went to a voicemail and when I called (877) number the automated message said, "please call later." I strongly believe this a deliberate scheme of Red Coach Bus service to deceive people and steal their money. Don't book with this company or if you do you will not only risk your plan cancelled but also loose your money.** ALL LIES. No body called them to reschedule. Changed my service & I was given no choice to accept, however when I wanted to do a change, they wanted to charge me $50 more to go on a same bus 2 hours earlier! Bad service & I wouldn’t use again.
