Please do not use. They will charge you cancellation fees even when their systems or representatives give you wrong information on modifying bookings. I recently had a 2 day work trip planned and accidentally booked the wrong location but correct hotel. I needed to modify my booking the the hotel across town and called the hotline. The rep walked me through changing locations and thought that I was good. Then upon check in, the hotel told me my stay was 1 night. I immediately called reservation portal where they hit me with another $260 modifications fee. The rep made it seem like the manager was going to call me and refund. A week passes and I call the hotline and was informed no cancellation fee so I am out of luck. Paid $1500 for was was supposed to be $900. Worst thing is it was the same hotel chain and I just changed locations. I should have commuted. Book through the hotel or a reputable 3rd party establishment.

Overall, the experience was very, very good. I liked the quality of bed and hotel room. The casino was very good, but I hate cigarette smoke so I didn’t spend much time there. I thought the bars and the restaurants were exceptional quality.

Use the real hotel site. My son was booking for me at a specific hotel, and searched it and came up with this site. For a non-refundable booking, he paid $175 more than what you can easily find for a refundable booking on the real hotel's site. I realized the confirmation was from the wrong place but they wouldn't let me cancel even though the booking was done in error. Also they had incorrect information in the fine print that was not true for the particular booking.In response to their reply below, if you see print that says that there will be an email about insurance, wouldn't you expect there to be insurance that would cover something like an accidental booking for a person who is not able to check in to that hotel? They expect you to read the fine print about check in details but ignore other fine print that is incorrect. Also I asked for but was not given a detailed itemized receipt; there are only two items "room" and "taxes and fees" so there would be no way to know what the fees are or get reimbursed if I needed that.

The room was nice but wasn’t the room I had booked. Due to flight delays, I was late in checking in and was told they were ‘sold out’ of my room and other rooms similar. I was put in a two queen bed room which was fine but I don’t understand how I paid extra for a nice room and then get downgraded despite my reservation being in place. Very frustrating.

The tv wasn’t working. The price I was quoted was $100 dollars cheaper than I was charged. The drawers would not close and the bathroom was filthy! The floors had brown clumps all over them. I had never stayed at this hotel, and after this, I never want to - ever again.

Was very pleased with our stay. The rooms were large and clean. The casino was nicely done. We had dinner at the charcoal room and it was amazing. Great stay.

Room 2074. Bed was very comfortable and at a comfortable height. It was nice being on the top floor of the renovated rooms Ipanema tower. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided an outstanding view! The design of the shower to have a hand slot to allow turning on the shower without having to be IN the shower was excellent!On the down side, the shower had 2 shampoos & 1 conditioner; no body wash (a simple oversight). The light to the left of the bathroom mirror blinked or stayed off. MOST important, the design of the shower - with the open back end - allowed water to flow out onto the floor - especially when the shower head was initially pointed toward the opening when the maids or previous guests left it that way. The water flowed almost to the wall outside the bathroom before we noticed, @ the floor was dangerously slippery! I slipped, but didn't fall, but another guest could easily be hurt as a result, and water damage to the room could also occur. I luckily noticed & was able to towel up the water and redirect the showerhead before any damage or injury occurred. Lastly, I had seen a picture of a room with a bathtub next to the window, that I (mistakenly) thought was representative of the room I had reserved, but, alas, it was not. That was probably my mistake... But even without that feature, the room was nice.
