When booking vacation packages, check whether bundling accommodations with activities or meals through a package deal provides better overall savings than booking components separately.
Some hotel chains and travel programs offer loyalty discounts that may stack with or provide an alternative to coupon codes, so review your account status before applying a promotional code.

Reservations Portal Reviews
Reservations Portal receives sharply divided feedback, with shoppers either highly satisfied or deeply frustrated. Positive reviewers praise the quality of accommodations, spacious and clean rooms, and excellent dining and casino amenities. However, negative reviews consistently highlight serious issues: unexpected cancellation charges and inflexible policies, billing discrepancies where final charges exceed quoted prices, and property maintenance problems including broken televisions, jammed drawers, and dirty bathrooms. Multiple reviewers report frustration with customer service handling of booking errors and refund requests, with cancellation terms described as stricter than industry standards.
The stark polarization in ratings suggests that guest experiences depend heavily on which property is booked and how issues are handled. While some guests find the facilities and service excellent, others encounter maintenance failures and feel misled by pricing or policy terms. The absence of middle-ground reviews (only 5 percent three-star ratings) indicates that shoppers tend to have either positive stays with good service or significantly negative experiences that sour their entire visit.
Don't go with this service. They'll slap you with cancellation charges even when their reps mess up your booking info. I had a short work trip and accidentally booked the wrong location of the same hotel chain. I called their line and a representative walked me through relocating to the other location, so I thought everything was set. When I arrived at the hotel, they said my reservation was only one night instead of two. I got back on the phone and was hit with a $260 modification fee. The rep made it sound like management would reverse it. A week went by, I called back, and they told me no refund was possible, so I'm stuck. Ended up paying $1500 when it should've been $900. Since it was the same hotel brand just in another part of town, I should've just driven back and forth. Book directly with the hotel or use a legitimate booking service instead.
The whole experience went really well. The beds were top notch and the room itself was great. The casino had lots to offer, though the smoke bothered me so I didn't spend much time there. Their restaurants and bars had excellent food and drinks.
The television in my room was broken. I was told the price would be $100 less than what showed up on my final bill. The drawers were jammed and wouldn't open properly, and the bathroom was disgusting with brown spots covering the floor. This was my first time at this hotel and definitely my last.
Really satisfied with how everything turned out. The accommodations were spacious and spotless. The gaming area looked fantastic. We grabbed dinner at the charcoal room and it was outstanding. All around wonderful.
Make sure you read the fine print thoroughly. Their cancellation terms are different from what I've seen elsewhere. Update: I managed to get my waiver request escalated due to unexpected circumstances and it's currently under review, though they have the final say.
I requested 4 nights and you only booked 3. This is seriously messed up and not okay!
I booked for 4 nights but only got charged and stayed for 3 nights. That's completely wrong and unacceptable!
I specifically selected a king bed with a view and ended up in a double queen instead. When I tried to reach out, I couldn't get through to anybody.
Super straightforward process. Comparing room types and availability was really user friendly.
Super simple and straightforward. Finding different room options and checking what's open was a breeze.
Hands down the worst experience. This company is terrible for making reservations.
Brittany went above and beyond for us. We're thrilled about planning our upcoming trips with her!
