The reservation process is very tricky…
The reservation process is very tricky , i had to cancell it because I over booked , and the refund may take up to 10 days !!!

Resort Pass - What a great idea!
Never heard about Resort Pass until just recently. We are taking a 2 week cruise and our flights home just got bumped to later in the day. So happy I stumbled onto this site as it was just what I needed to fill my day before the flight home. Much better to book a “Day Room” with pool and gym access than sit in the airport waiting on uncomfortable benches. We will enjoy, shower and feel refreshed before taking our flight. Who knows, we get a nap in too!

Resort is run down
Resort is run down. Buffet had flies around it. Bathrooms broke, so there was just 2 working toilets. Hot tub also broke.

Royal Sonesta disappointing
Royal Sonesta, Lihue, Hawai’iI have to say I am very disappointed in the system. I booked 3 people for a day pass which actually is a pool pass. We intended to check out of our Airbnb come here have lunch swim and change to head to airport. It’s really just pool use and no showers, only 1 working bathroom and the shower is outdoors with no where to change. Spoiled our day and what a waste of money. Will not be using again

We made reservations for a cabana for…
We made reservations for a cabana for two days at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs resort. We need to change the dates and have not been able to do this. The Hilton couldn’t help, the resort itself is also confused and can’t help. Trying to figure out how to cancel has been such a nightmare! I would really appreciate someone, ANYONE to get back with me from resort pass to help us with this!
