The support team absolutely amazing
The support team is super lovely! They are some of the kindest people ever (specifically yomi she was so sweet through this entire process and was very clear throughout the exchange). Overall I'll definitely suggest retro stage to my freinds for online clothes shopping! <3

Change swimsuit
I bought 2 swimwear - a very nice old fasion bikini that fits well and a hole swimsuit. Unfourtunately the bathsuit did'nt fit, but thank's to Yomi I could change it to another.

I've been shopping on this site for years, and they've consistently provided a good experience. They're always been very good about handling returns and lost or delayed packages.For my most recent return, Yomi has been very responsive and helpful.

Staff Response on replacement
Needed a replacement for a set I bought, Yomi was very helpful and promptly responded to my emails and we were able to fix the issue in time for my friends party that I needed the item. The quality is great.

Misleading customer service and lost refund
UPDATE 1/30/26: Customer service finally responded to my email and I was told that I should see my refund in 1 to 2 business days.ORIGINAL REVIEW: 1 star – Misleading customer service and lost refundI ordered several dresses and they arrived separately. One didn’t work, so I contacted customer service to ask whether I should return it or wait until the rest of my order arrived. I was explicitly told that if I waited, my return window would be extended.Based on that promise, I paid to ship the dress back for a partial refund.That promise was a lie. The return window was not honored and I never received my refund. I would never have returned the dress if I had known they were not going to honor what their own customer service told me.This is misleading and unacceptable, and I’m now out the dress and my money.I have screenshots of the customer service conversation confirming this.

Amazing Experience from Start to Finish
Absolutely loved my experience with this company! From ordering to delivery, everything was smooth, easy, and honestly exceeded my expectations. The quality is amazing, the fit is flattering, and you can tell real care goes into both the designs and the customer experience. I felt confident and excited wearing my piece, which doesn’t always happen when ordering online. I would 100% recommend this brand and will definitely be ordering again! I had to do an exchange and the costumer service rep Yomi was absolutely amazing and helpful

Dress styles are fun and eye catching
I've bought multiple dresses from RetroStage. Mostly 1950's styles. Sizing accurate. Styles original and eye catching. Reasonable prices and easy to accessorize and embellish if you're crafty!

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. Provides costumes that do not match the sizes of what they advertise including tiny breast cups in supposedly plus size sizes.

Order at your peril!
I needed to return two items of clothing in order to receive a full refund. This is fair enough. However, the cost of returns came to £31! This means that I will incur a loss. There is no other way and no one to discuss this with from the company.
