Great service and well resolved
Very satisfied with the service! Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue twice with my charm bracelet, but both times it was handled really well.They responded quickly, thought along with me and provided a replacement bracelet free of charge without any hassle.It is great to see that they truly listen to their customers and care about customer satisfaction. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Customer Service is 5 out of 5. They response through email very quick. I already have 2 Rosefield watches therefore I didn’t hesitate ordering from them again (I bought earrings for Mother’s Day) as I know the quality of their products are great. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a watch and the strap was…
I purchased a watch and the strap was not what I had envisioned but one email to Rosefield and a reply from Ida made returning the item a very easy process.I purchased the UPS label and then had difficulties with the access point and UPS said rosefield would have to open a complaint. I relayed all this to Ida who within the day had issued me with a refund as an amazing goodwill gesture.What a company will definitely be back,Thankyou once againMargaret

The watches are beautiful. Amazing customer service! I lost the crown somehow and contacted customer service if I could have replacement, received super fast response from lovely Ida and the replacement was sent immediately, thank you!❤️

Exceptional ServiceThe watch I received from them was absolutely beautiful and they were extremely helpful to me when I needed to return it (for reasons related to my daughter who it was a gift for)I had a lot of trouble with postage issues and the team at Rosefield were nothing but friendly, kind and generous. I received a next day response from Rosefield on a query I raised on a heirloom watch I had bought for my wife. I bought watch as a gift for my sister…
I bought watch as a gift for my sister and suggested to my friend and he also ordered for his sister to her birthday from this watches and again he told me can you order watch again for his girlfriend for Valentine’s day. Very truly and lovely watch for those who respects aesthetic.
