BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING HERE. THEIR WEBSITE IS WRONG. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DISAPPOINTING I ordered a watch and the website said stainless steel bands can be resized by taking links out. When my watch showed up, I found out the links couldn't be removed because the design was completely different from what they described. The strap was way too bulky because of all the extra material. I called them about it and they wouldn't cover return shipping. They admitted the strap design had changed and that their website had bad information. Their excuse was that they sent out a newsletter about this change and I should have read old emails before ordering! How is that fair to customers? They're showing wrong information on their site and then blaming people for not reading past newsletters. Don't waste your money here. The website is misleading and their support isn't helpful.
The watches themselves are seriously high quality. Their support team is really responsive too. When my package got lost, they immediately offered me either a replacement or my money back. Really satisfied with how everything went.
