Alexandra was tremendous in the care…
Alexandra was tremendous in the care for my boy Milo. Lots of updates always kept me in the loop while I was away. I felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. She is fantastic.! I highly recommend she gets a raise.! a well deserved one!

Well worth the money!
I just had my first experience using Rover, and now I am hooked. I love the detailed updates on my pets, complete with pictures and progress reports on whether they’ve each eaten and pottied. The sitter was phenomenal and well-equipped to handle our large crew of animals. I think it’s great that we can communicate through the app as a secure form of messaging. The price is steep, but you get everything you pay for - most importantly, peace of mind. I didn’t have to worry about my friend or relative flaking out on me a few days before our vacation. I hate burdening friends to watch my pets all the time, anyway. This is a great app and I will definitely be using it again.

We looked after a dog that was horrible…
We looked after a dog that was horrible and rover banned us instead of the dog after the dog bite my wife. Awful app with no respect for the people working for them

Competence and caring.
Caregiver was able to bond with and calm a high strung Chihuahua, administer medication, feeding, and give her walks and exercise. She was professional and caring and worthy of special consideration, tipping, etc.
