Nice item. No idea when it would arrive
Very happy with the quality of my item. However, I didn't know how long it would take to arrive or when it was goung to be posted and no information was available online. I bought this as a present and had to gift it nearly 4 weeks later.

Money taken yet order disappeared off system
Ordered some silver britannias on 06 Febuary payment has been processed and taken from my bank. Yet NO confirmation email, the order does not appear in my royal mint account. Over 10 days and no response from customer. service team and no sign of a refund. The phone line is broken supposidly and the email customer service is non exsistent. Can see I am not the only person to have this issue currently.

I am very disappointed with this…
I am very disappointed with this purchase experience. The payment was taken from my bank account, but I did not receive any confirmation email or proper order details. Your website provides very limited information and your customer service phone lines are not working. It is impossible to reach anyone for support. This is not acceptable for such a well-known company. I want a clear update about my order or an immediate refund.

A short order
I ordered 130 silver coins but received only 129. Despite emailing twice and waiting nearly a month, I have received no response. The phone lines remain unanswered, which is very frustrating, and I am £90 out of pocket.Clearly, only do smaller orders if ordered single coins.This order was for gifts.

I purchased 1oz gold bullion online, money deducted got confirmation email But it doesn't display in my transaction history. The bank reference website is paris based. Call center is of no use, tried calling mutiple times but no luck to reach an associate. I'm worried if my purchase was fake
