They were prompt and didn't torture with a bot for too long. They got my issue resolved successfully. My shirt appears to be lost in transit and is past the delivery date. They have agreed to reprint the shirt and I will get it by my deadline.

Where do I start with this scam of a company. I placed my first order for all mens vests, they sent me womens. When telling them of their mistake the solve was I pay $20/per to replace them, which I did. I then placed another order with mixed mens and womens vests. Again, these guys sent me all womens. When alerting them of their 2nd mistake in 3 orders the solve was a reprint which somehow now would cost $33/per. Save your money and find somewhere else as you will not get what you want then their lovely customer service team will offer you zero customer service.

Great T-Shirts, Even Greater Company

In a time where it’s just so common for companies to not stand by their product or have no empathy for their customers if something isn’t up to expectations, Rush Order Tees legitimately stands out as a superior, top company for product and customer service. I compared my options online, and was drawn to Rush Order Tees because I liked their design platform and the ability to write custom names on the back of every shirt in a case sensitive fashion. This last piece was very important to me because these shirts were for a bachelor party and the names were plays on character names from a movie. After I received my first batch of shirts, I was disappointed that the names on the back were written in all caps and a bit too small for my liking. I reached out to Rush Order Tees customer support and I cannot express enough how much they exceeded my expectations with resolving the issue. They were highly responsive, immediately got to work on reprinting the shirt to my design specifications, and shipped it out to me before even worrying about the return of the other shirts. The second batch came very promptly and was a 100% match for what I was looking for. The shirts were printed with extremely high quality and look exceptional. I can sincerely say that any time I need custom printing/shirts again, I will only consider Rush Order Tees due to this experience I’ve had.

Professional service

I've been ordering from Rush Order for about 5 years now and they have always delivered! My last order were some high quality sweat shirts and they didn't come out just right. I received an email from Jessica Moss and not only did she listen to my concerns she went beyond and reprinted and shipped the corrected order but compensated me on the mistake. I am completely happy with this transaction. Listen, I order about $1000 per year and I'm sure I am not there largest customer, however today Jessica Moss made me feel like I was. I am one happy and committed customer with Rush Order Tees. Very professional... I will ALWAYS use Rush Order Tees in the future.

Paid Extra for Speed; Got Excuses Instead

Ordered ONE shirt nearly two weeks in advance for an important event and paid additional expedited production + UPS Next Day Air Saver shipping to guarantee delivery by February 26.As of the evening of February 25, RushOrderTees’ own tracker still showed the item “In Production.” The only update on February 26 was that a UPS label was created at 7:47 a.m. — UPS has confirmed they have not yet received the package.Customer service told me it was “shipped on February 17,” which directly contradicts both:• UPS tracking (no origin scan exists)• RushOrderTees’ own production tracker showing it was still in production on February 25If it was truly handed to UPS on the 17th, there would be a pickup scan and delivery would have occurred on the 18th or 19th. That has not happened.At this point, I simply need transparency and a concrete solution. This shirt is for an event the evening of February 27, and I paid a premium specifically to avoid this situation.I am hoping RushOrderTees will urgently escalate this and either:• Provide proof of carrier handoff• Arrange guaranteed morning delivery on February 27• Or make this right in a meaningful wayI would strongly encourage anyone ordering for time-sensitive events to verify shipment scans directly with UPS rather than relying solely on the internal production tracker.Disappointed, but still hoping the company will step in and resolve this before my event.
