Honestly I fly with Ryanair all the time and pretty much happy with the flights, I know baggage charges and sitting together is all an extra and it is what it is.Yesterday we flew back from Alicante on the 19.30 flight to Leeds, it was mental I know it’s not Ryanair’s fault for drunk disrupting passengers but I think the airport and boarding staff should monitor the state of some passengers ,the pair behind me and two other groups had bottles of alcohol taken of them and never shut up with f@@king at the top of there voices the whole flight even after been told by staff and customers, genuinely one of them kept saying I’m going to blow the plane up more than once.If I’d have had family with me it would have been a right mess with me having to sort these out, the police should have been called

I had a very disappointing experience with Ryanair. What should have been a straightforward journey turned into unnecessary stress due to unclear additional charges that were not properly communicated at the time of booking. When we tried to address the issue at the airport, the situation was handled unprofessionally. The staff member presented as a manager did not provide a clear explanation and appeared dismissive of our concerns. During the interaction, staff were also seen laughing, which felt extremely disrespectful and made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously. As paying customers, we expect transparency, basic respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I would strongly advise Ryanair to improve both the clarity of their pricing and the training of their staff in handling customer concerns appropriately.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to prevent similar experiences for other passengers.

I booked for four people including myself for a trip. When I booked seats my initials came up on my selected seat. I then went through to the payment page. My name and the other three passengers names all showed. I paid. A minute or two later my confirmation email arrived. My name was changed to my brothers who is on my saved travel names list. I contacted them first thing the following morning. They said under their T& C’s it’s my responsibility to check before completing. I had. The names were all correct. They are wanting £126.50 to change. I have sent 6 requests asking for them to change FOC. They refuse to give me a number to speak to anyone in Customer Services. They refuse to answer any questions or even acknowledge the points I have asked questions on. Absolutely awful company with zero customer service. How on earth is a company allowed to have an uncontactable Customer Service team. They just keep sending the same T&C message. Literally pulling my hair out.any suggestions on who to contact would be really appreciated. Absolute con artists.

I tried booking a car hire from Lyon train station and to drop off to Marseille Airport a few days later. I booked and paid and only when I opened the email confirming the booking I saw that the Ryanair car hire had defaulted to Lyon Airport for pick up and drop off. It would not allow me to change the reservation to dro off in Marseille on the change booking option but would allow me to make a whole new booking again w a drop off to Marseille but I am afraid to risk it in case the same issue happens again. After an hour of trying to make the change (at a cost of 400 Euro) it still defaults to Lyon and is charging me 100 to cancel.

In the past three weeks, I’ve taken around eight flights across three continents. I experienced delays of over three hours and other issues along the way, but nothing comes close to how unacceptable this Ryanair flight was. From the very beginning, it was clear there was serious mismanagement. Boarding took place during heavy rain, and passengers were left standing outside for about 10 minutes, completely exposed, with no proper organization or care. By the time I got on the plane, I was soaked, freezing, and physically shaking. It didn’t get better onboard. The aircraft was clearly not cleaned, and I had to wipe down my own seat before sitting. Still trying to warm up, I attempted to buy a cup of tea only to be told the machine wasn’t working. Even basic paid services failed. What happened after landing was far worse. My Swiss carry-on was returned covered in mud, which is already unacceptable handling. But the real shock came when I opened it at the hotel: every single item inside was wet and muddy. This is not normal mishandling, this means my luggage was left sitting in water and mud long enough for it to seep through the zippers and destroy everything inside. This was a business trip, and I had packed brand new clothes. All of them were ruined. I was left with nothing clean or dry to wear—not even my arrival outfit, since that was already soaked during boarding. This is not about low-cost travel anymore. This is negligence. Saving a small amount on a ticket is meaningless when your belongings are treated this carelessly and end up destroyed. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I will not fly with Ryanair again, and I strongly warn others: think carefully before trusting this airline with your belongings. That said, I want to be fair, the captain and onboard crew were polite and professional despite the situation. The issue is clearly not with them, but with how this operation was managed overall.

Paid for 10kg bag and got to the gate 45 birmingham airport to be told I had to pay an extra £60 as I needed to check it in as I wasn't priority. Gutted. However a couple infront of me had an over size bag. They tried to take the wheels off, but couldn't. They even asked for a screwdriver. They were one of the last to board and they were allowed to go without paying. Apparently it's up to Ryanaire's discretion. I will not be flying with them again.

Ryan Air are good at what they do, i.e. cheap flights, flight logistic etc. However, their staff are, with very few exceptions, rude, unhelpful, arrogant and at times look like they've just rolled out of bed!! I have used them 7 times in 18 months and will ALWAYS avoid where possible. Even if you're nice to the staff (which I always am) they only seem to respond in rudeness!

I bought a ticket one way via sky scanner. Edinburgh to London. I googled and checked a million times that UK drivers license is ok for domestic flights. All said ok. But once I bought the ticket and got sent a boarding pass ticket a video said they do not accept anything but a passport. I had a lovely chat with a boy and had it confirmed that they do not offer any other option for transport. Passport or nothing. Can't get a refund. Had to buy another ticket with easy jet as they do accept drivers license as valid ID for domestic flights. Never ever again.

Do Not Fly With Ryanair!Avoid this airline at all costs! There is absolutely no accountability. There is no phone number to call and no way to get your money back. They don’t even provide basic assistance to change a flight date.My wife made a minor mistake and entered "May" instead of "April" for our travel date. Because of this simple error, Ryanair has charged my account nearly £1,800. To make matters worse, they are now claiming that the bank account details and the email address I am providing are "incorrect."This is absolutely ridiculous. How can the account information be wrong when the money has already been deducted from that very same account?!When I tried to rectify the date on their system, as soon as you enter the departure date, it immediately demands payment without providing any information or confirmation regarding the return flight. Consequently, I am now stuck with four tickets with incorrect dates that I cannot use, and I am out £2,000.They have no customer service helpline. When you use the "Live Chat," the agents simply claim your email and account details are wrong and abruptly close the chat. I paid nearly £2,000 from my own account, using my own email address. This is incredibly unfair and unprofessional. There must be some form of accountability! I promised my son a trip, and now I’m stuck with no explanation for him
