These are horrible mattresses. The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because of service. I have now had two mattresses. The first was luxury firm, that became a mushy saggy mattress within 6 weeks of buying it. Saatva called me after I posted my first review on the mattress, and offered me another mattress for free. Given my experience, I asked for extra firm. Same thing. A big mushy pile of junk. I HATE IT. Causing all kinds of back problems due to the way is sags. I just had to get spine surgery and I blame the mattress.I paid $2,200 for the mattress and it's horrible. I can't afford to replace it as I live on my Social Security Disability. Sorry,Saatva, but any first class hotel mattress is better.

I absolutely love my new Saavta Rx mattress with the Santorini bed frame. This mattress feels like a big, comfortable hug when I go to bed. It provides the contours and support I need for my chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I researched online and visited a Saatva viewing room in Boca Raton, FL. There, I received excellent guidance and customer service from Frank, who helped me choose the right mattress. There was no pressure, just helpful advice, as Saavta representatives do not work on commission. I ordered the bed on February 14 and received it on March 11, a little longer wait than originally planned, and was credited $150 in appreciation for the delay. Now that is great customer service, with satisfaction assured through follow-up phone calls and texts. I wanted a well-made-in-America mattress and a good night's sleep. I got both. We recently purchased the Saatva Classic Mattress, King, 11.5" Luxury Firm, and the experience has been outstanding from beginning to end.For the past several months I had been dealing with persistent shoulder and back pain. My wife suggested it might be time to replace our mattress, and once I started researching, Saatva kept rising to the top. The quality, materials, and reputation consistently stood out, so we decided to give it a try. I am incredibly glad we did.The white glove delivery and setup service was exceptional. The delivery team arrived exactly when scheduled, handled everything professionally, set up the new mattress perfectly, and removed our old one. It was effortless on our end and made the whole experience feel premium.But the real surprise came that first night. I woke up the next morning and realized something remarkable — the shoulder and back pain I had been dealing with was simply gone. After just one night of sleep. My husband and I bought the Contour 5. Waking with sore shoulders for several months, we decided to drive to the store in San Francisco to try the different models. I suggest if at all possible make this happen before purchasing. It is hard to explain your sleep needs and have the sales person choose the right mattress for you. We ended up with the RX king mattress and LOVE it‼️

After losing three beds in a house fire, my wife and I needed to quickly replace a king and two queens while navigating insurance timelines and a real urgency to get back into our house. Chrissy J. and the team at Winter Park made what could have been an overwhelming process genuinely easy.Chrissy took the time to understand our situation, our preferences, and our budget. We previously owned a Sleep Number bed that cost significantly more than the Saatva king we ended up choosing — and frankly, we feel we came out way ahead. The Saatva team in-store and above stepped in to ensure we received the best possible pricing across all three mattresses, bedding, frames, and the platform bed for the king. That kind of advocacy from a sales team is above and beyond. I can’t yet speak to long-term comfort or support since delivery is pending, but the buying experience alone earns five stars without hesitation. When a company responds to a customer’s hardship with genuine care and action — not just words — that says everything about their values.Highly recommend Saatva, and Chrissy J. specifically, without reservation.

Be careful dealing with Saatva. Just received a check in the mail from some Legal firm...I had no idea what it was. After doing some research, I found out it was a payment from Saatva for overcharging me on the taxes they charged me. Somebody must of sued these lowlifes and they had to return the money they overcharged. Watch out!!! Smells like a scam.

Please remember you asked for this review Saatva. We went to their showroom, credit card in hand, ready to buy.Because of my multiple disabilities that was quite the ordeal.We were "helped" by a woman who claimed to have worked there 2 and a half years. My wife and I both come from extensive sales backgrounds.WE KNOW when we are dealing with an untrained amateur.Just to encapsulate the whole experience, ten minutes into it,I had to ask her to tell me her name. No sales technique whatsoever. She was totally sterile, business only.If this situation required a cashier MAYBE she would suffice. Of course, she walked us without so much as a "see ya later."No one else intervened. No supervisor. No floor manager.None of the other two "salespeople" sitting behind the counter as the woman blew us out of the place. This was an over $4,000.00 sale walking out the door!My wife and I were so taken aback that I e-mailed their corporate office to tell them of our experience. Fortunately, we were soon contacted by TJ, the District Manager.This fellow knows his stuff. He was totally competent, a total professional. TJ salvaged the whole deal and got a bed coming our way. I can't help but wonder how many other sales are not given to him to fix.DWL

If I could give it 0 star I would. THE WORST MATTRESS I ever seen. After sleeping on the Zen mattress for about three months, both my husband and I developed serious back, shoulder and neck problems.We initially used the less firm side. Within weeks, I began experiencing significant lower back pain and had to attend physical therapy for two months. At the time, I did not realize the mattress could be the cause! However, when I slept on the couch for one week, my lower back pain completely disappeared.We then flipped the mattress to the firmer side, hoping it would solve the issue. Instead, my husband began experiencing upper back, shoulder, and neck pain. We even switched sides of the bed to rule out positioning — and now I am dealing with severe neck pain to the point where I can barely turn my head!This mattress has developed visible indentations on both sides. The depressions began to form after just a few nights of sleeping on it! For reference, I weigh just 100 pounds, making this degree of indentation especially concerning.We have never experienced anything like this with any other mattress before. Extremely poor quality of product! What was marketed as a premium, supportive product has instead led to severe back, shoulder and neck problems for both of us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally complain about the poor service I have received regarding a warranty claim for an adjustable bed base from Saatva.After purchasing two beds with adjustable bases, one base broke. Despite the product being under warranty, my wife ( a female) was initially told very rudely it was not covered. It took multiple phone calls from me ( a man) to finally confirm that the item is, in fact, covered.Following that confirmation, I have spent weeks making additional phone calls to arrange a replacement. The delivery company has now missed the scheduled delivery window twice, despite me waiting at home for four hours on each occasion.The level of service I have experienced is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately with a confirmed delivery date that is honored. Although I doubt that will happen.Regards,
