Didn't want to order online
I wanted to order from my local store as I have shopped with them numerous times. Because I am a loyal customer, I get credits for the dollar amount I purchase with them during the year. Even though they carry your line, I couldn't order through them - something about the brick and mortar and e-commerce parts of the business being separate. I ended up ordering directly through you as my future daughter in law specified that this is a dress I must wear during the wedding weekend, but the whole thing left a really bad impression for me.

Purchased the grace gown in cloud blue for my daughter’s wedding. It is absolutely beautiful and the quality is excellent. I am 5’4” and weigh 125; purchased a size 4 and will have to have some minor alterations.

Yes, the dresses are beautiful but Jasmeen's balance of warmth and expertise made us feel like we were in really the hands of someone who really knows their product and how to give advice and suggestions about what might work. Ordering and delivery was easy and…
Ordering and delivery was easy and fast. I ordered two dresses that didn't personally work for me so ended up returning. The return process was easy and simple. I will continue to shop Sachin and Babi for new releases as my daughter's wedding is in late summer.
