Sorted by: Most recentI've been a customer at Scrip Hessco for quite a while now, and honestly it's been hit or miss. Delivery was usually on time, but the costs were always steep. One thing that really bothered me was how they partner with random shipping companies you've never heard of - like UDS. I mean, who are they? It made keeping track of my orders really difficult. The final straw came when I ordered a case of topicals to resell. After selling one unit to a customer who said it felt thicker than expected, I agreed and gave them their money back. When I looked at the rest of my stock, I noticed it was set to expire in about 2 months. I reached out to Scrip asking if they could swap it out or give me a refund, but they flat out said no. They actually tried to tell me that since it was within 2 months of the expiration date, they'd treat it as already expired. That doesn't make sense - products should be in perfect condition right up until the expiration date, not two months before it hits. Look at what other people are saying online about them. I'd skip this vendor.
