Bizarre lack of options

I liked the AI bot, the bot was very helpful but I’m leaving a review due to the lack of options for customers to personalize their purchases; previously the SCUF Instinct had multiple options but it seems the page was removed (very upsetting). To replace the Instinct the Valor model has taken the page and only presents 3 options to choose from and you can’t seem to customize your order like with the previous model. I would really appreciate the option for colored buttons or alternatively just let me buy the buttons for my Instinct controller. Really looking forward to what Scuf plans on doing in the future and I will be keeping a close eye on this project.

SCUF Customer Support and Durability issues

SCUF uses automated messages in emails to reply to questions and they have no phone number. They can find the time to leave a full response here or is that automated too? S13999534There is my order number, SCUF asks for but they tell me it doesn't exist. I have the emails to prove it. RMA from the repair that lasted 3 months of use... 2108751-RMA 555929Now that they have the information I'd like to see if they are actually willing to do something about it or just ask for my money to fix a garbage controller.

Amazing, best customee support service i have ever had!

Amazing, had a controller for over a year and even though it was over warranty date they fully repaired mine without any cost. Amazing responsive customer service!10/10 would recomend

Terrible experience

Paid so much for a controller and it doesn't work when it comes, then i try to cancel the order after waiting so long for the replacement, just to be mislead saying that it was shipped already, yet that was 3 weeks ago. I will never order from this company again nor will I recommend anyone else to.

Scuf review 3

I love my controller I order a scuf reflex fps with tmr and it’s amazing I got no stick drift and I love the mouse clicks triggers and bottoms the shipping is fast compared to other companies I waited 2 weeks witch is not bad for everything I got. I had the controller for 3months almost 4 and it’s had no issues or problems and it runs other non gps games perfectly. Over all a 10/10 experience.

Had a confusing issue with a warranty…

Had a confusing issue with a warranty return saying that it had been delivered. Spoke to SCUF Nick and he checked and sorted it out. All good and a very swift response. I can't fault the service.
