Don't Expect SeatGeek To Show Any Interest Of Responding To A Customer Service Problem

Not only doesn't SeatGeek make communication almost impossible, but their promise of a reasonably quick response to my connection with their chat-bot is a lie. I never heard back from them.

Having a significant hard time to talk…

Having a significant hard time to talk to anyone on this site. Been two weeks trying to see the validity to my tickets and they are not showing up. Should not be this difficult to buy and reserve a ticket. First and last time I buy anything thru this app.

I ordered tickets through Seat Geek for…

I ordered tickets through Seat Geek for the Eagles concert at the Sphere. I knew that they had a guarantee that the seats would be together, even though they don’t send the tickets until a day or two before the show. When I received my tickets, they were not in the row I selected, nor were they together. I immediately contacted them for help. We went back and forth several times, but without resolution. Then, from the afternoon before the show on January 23rd until after the show, they totally ghosted me. I had to accept the tickets they sent with no recourse whatsoever. Seat Grek - Do Better!!

As a user BE VERY CAREFUL on scammers

I could never give a good reason to trust SeatGeek at this time. I wish they could've done better for people who were trying to take advantage of scavenging all of the tickets and then resell them on such heinous prices. They should come up with a policy where they could guarantee that the users are not being scammed or being taken advantage. Have a plan where you can atleast prevent to resell such high-priced tickets compare to face value ones. This could lead to dragging down your integrity as a company. I hope someday you'll be able to find out how.

First time experience buying ticket on Seatgeek. System really slow and keep loading and sometimes automatically reload the page by itself so could’t get in.

People travelling outside of the United States, Canada and Mexico

I was travelling from Australia, and was looking to buy some tickets to the MLB. After setting up a seat Geek account.I was able to purchase the ticket. However, on checkout i was unable to purchase these tickets as I did not have a credit card that was issued in the United States. Its pointless that you are able to set out set up an account in Australia but then be declined to get for your event.

Dogshit. Their presale BS just throws you in a load-loop, leaving you to be the one that stares at a sold out stadium in the city you work in. F*** YOU, SEAT GEEK.

Zero access to anyone in “customer service”! I tried to chat, email and really, there is no customer service. I see no where where I can reach out to a human to request assistance. I hope to never again need to use this company.

The tickets never arrived

The tickets never arrived. I traveled a long distance to miss my event and lose $240. I’ll never use this site again.

Don’t recommend at all

Don’t recommend at all. We travelled in for a Dallas Stars game and still didn’t have the tickets the morning of the game. We spent all morning trying to get a hold of customer service and speak to someone about their ‘buyer guarantee’. Their call feature in the app doesn’t work. Thankfully someone had posted the customer support number that they try to hide in Reddit. After several hours on the phone they confirmed the seller never transferred our tickets and it took several people to finally got us some new tickets but very last minute. We were late to enter the game and missed the one and only goal. Very disappointing and unnecessary to add any stress when we purchased the tickets over a month in advance.
