Secret Sales
This was my first time using the Secret Sales website.A wide range of products at good prices.Delivery was on time, did not need to return the item but the returns process seems to be the same as most websites.Like most companies now there is Web chat for any queries you have, but no Customer Service telephone number which is the only negative for me as speaking directly to someone is so much easier for a lot of people than having to type all the information a in a Web chat, so that is why l have given three stars.

Paid £13 for some Socks they two pair pairs holes in them. I asked to send them back. Return told me I’ve got pay £4 to return an item. I would never order from that site again not good.

I have given Secret Sales 1 star due to Emmy's very poor customer service skills
I have given Secret Sales 1 star due to Emmy - Complaints Manager's very poor handling of a customer service issue.I was issued a £3.30 customer service goodwill voucher as compensation, not a promotional discount. When the order was later cancelled and refunded because it was defective, Secret Sales treated that goodwill voucher as if it no longer applied and effectively removed it, leaving me with no compensation at all.While the monetary refund for the order itself was correct, that completely misses the point. A goodwill voucher is meant to compensate the customer, regardless of whether the transaction later completes. Removing it defeats the purpose of issuing a goodwill gesture in the first place.This issue was handled by Emmy - Complaints Manager, and when I raised my concerns, the response was simply to justify the calculation and offer a 10% discount code, which does not replace or resolve the agreed compensation.Overall, this shows a lack of understanding of basic customer service principles, from Secret Sales Complaints Manager.Due to this I’ve lost confidence in how Secret Sales deal with complaints.
