Khaki coat faulty zip
I bought the G58-002Seraphine Khaki 3 in 1 Maternity & Babywearing coat. £179. Now after just a few months, one zip had broken and the whole coat and baby pouch are unusable. I don't recommend this coat.

If I could give a below one star
If I could give a below one star, I would I ordered a piece of jewelry a bracelet that came with an extra free one which basically I’ll never get was ordered on October 1 or 2nd. It’s now November 21 and I keep getting the same email that they understand how I feel but the order is in Transit. It’s been in transit for two months. I guess I can kiss that money goodbye I’m gonna contact my bank horrible horrible scam. Don’t order from them.

Was unable to return my goods
Was unable to return my goods. Very poor customer services and was instructed to pay 120EUR tool for them to accept my returns. Tried for days to find a solution, but received no support from the shop only feedback "there is nothing we can do".

I’m very disappointed with this…
I’m very disappointed with this service. I bought two pair of jeans and returned both on June 24th and have not yet received a refund or an acknowledgment. Tracking shows it reached their warehouse early July. Very poor customer service. Have emailed several times & contacted via Instagram and have had no reply.

No communication
I placed an order a few days before the company went into administration (7 July). I'm assuming I won't get my order or a refund but some communication with customers who are awaiting orders or refunds would be good. I've tried contacting a few times via email and had no response. No good for brand reputation. If they were to be bought over, I won't buy from them again.

I'm still waiting for my return
I'm still waiting for my return. I can track the package and see that it arrived to Seraphine, but no acknowledgment email was sent from them to say that they received it or that they process their refund.. I spent more than 800£ on this order, and returning most of the items as the quality was very cheap for the price I paid.

Unfortunately a little disappointing
I have to say that my order unfortunately leaves me with mixed feelings. I wanted to invest in really high-quality maternity wear and was ok to pay a little more for it. So i was disappointed that the items were all “made in China”. Of the three products I bought, one dress really impressed me, but the others not so much. Who comes up with the idea of making a tiny hook in the neck of a maternity blouse so that no pregnant woman in the world can close it without help? Another blouse has a much too tight, constricting elastic waistband under the bust and a material that creases like crepe paper without ironing. Honestly, who wants to have to iron these days?
