I purchased the Soho sateen sheet set…
I purchased the Soho sateen sheet set in Queen size.The sheets are generously sized - almost too large as you must tuck them in or they hang very low on the sides of the bed. My complaint is the pillowcases. They are too small and barely cover the open end of a standard size pillow. If they shrink at all, they will be too small. Furthermore, it would be helpful to be able to buy extra pillowcases but they only come in sets with the sheets.

Great delivery in difficult weather
Great delivery in difficult weather. Snowstorm left a drift down our long driveway, and the delivery fellow came to our door shouldering a heavy parcel - and he was cheerful about it! It always helps that Serena and Lily keeps customers informed of delivery timelines. They are great at managing and exceeding expectations.

Duvet ratty within a year
I generally love Serena and lily, everything looks gorgeous and high quality when you get it but I’m having bad experiences w their bedding specifically. I bought their blue piping duvet cover, fitted sheet, and large pillows and they have degraded so quickly over just one year its honestly shocking to me, I’ve had Roberta roller rabbit before this for 4-5 years before swapping just cause I got bored of the print, then John robshaw, then target and all were soft comfort great. I’ve been using this brand new Serena lily out of the plastic for a year and the duvet is literally so ripped apart it’s ridiculous. It wasn’t any soften than any other sheets so I don’t see any excuse? Anyways their return window is like 30 days no guarantee so idk what to do a that

Great experience working with Serena and Lily
Great experience working with Serena and Lily to refresh a guest bedroom. Design advisor Julie Chung was wonderful to work with. She was so helpful in creating mood boards, showing me various design options and recommendations. She promptly responded to any questions, assisted in placing my order and followed up on a delivery. I am very pleased with the items I purchased and received so far. I would definitely recommend and shop here in the future.

Customer service at its best
Having doubts about a quick delivery ordering wallpaper on the .com website, I called Serena & Lily in Bethesda. "AJ" pleasantly answered the phone. I explained my concerns to her and she kindly offered to order them for me. Assured me that my choice of wallpaper is popular and in stock. Nine days later the order was in hand.
