Not happy.
So my first experience with Shapermint has NOT been good. I ordered 2 bras to try. They were $54.99 plus shipping. I kept clicking no thanks to the bombardment of “one time offers” to add this and add that. I only wanted the two bras for now. They added on 2 other bras and have charged my credit card $128. You can’t get a real person to talk to and their chat bot is useless. I did manage to find an email and was immediately told there was nothing they could do about it because the order was “already processed.” Really? Less than an hour later?! I feel very ripped off and frustrated and will have to go through the hassle of returning the two I didn’t order and getting a refund-if you can believe they’ll actually do that. We’ll see.

I have been truly impressed with the…
I have been truly impressed with the customer service from Shapermint. They ran out what I had ordered and they helped me out to get things right, because I am not real savvy with online orders. They went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Shapermint.

Chat bot vs human
I can’t comment on the delivery or quality yet as I haven’t received them, but I keep getting a survey prompt. One of the items I ordered had run out, so I needed to chose and option of another colour, credit or refund but when I attempted to do so the system wouldn’t allow this. I had to go on chat. I hate the chatbot! Eventually I got a human. I’m hoping that my order comes through as we discussed. Joan, the human was helpful and efficient ant I just wish you could aske the chatbot for a human straight away and go through to one. I tried that … you can’t. I also don’t like the daily ads I now keep getting.

Shapermint is an absolute scam of a company
Shapermint is an absolute scam of a company…do not fall for it! They automatically sign you up for their “club” and make it difficult to figure out how to cancel. You can never get in touch with a customer service rep…they use bots that literally talk you in circles so you get nowhere. The fit of everything was all wrong so I submitted a return for all items. This was also complex because you have to submit each item you’re returning separately rather than just including what you’re returning with their labels in the package. I took the package to the UPS store with every item in the original packaging with labels. At that point, Shapermint refunded me $17 of my $68 order. I gave it a couple of weeks and reached out to customer support about the remaining amount. I received an automated message of what to include with my inquiry, but all of that information was already shared in my original inquiry. 24 hours later, they said they hadn’t heard back from me and assumed the issue was resolved so they closed out my ticket. I opened a new ticket, and they sent me a link saying that two items were removed from my return…THEY WERE NOT removed! Why would I keep items that don’t fit?! I thankfully saved screenshots of my return, which included three items I ordered plus one they included for free, as well as the return receipt from the UPS Store, where I dropped off the items to be returned to them. On that final attempt, I finally got a response saying, in bold, “As a one-time courtesy,” they would issue the refund…as if I had done something wrong! My favorite part was that when I went to leave a review that they requested, it wouldn’t let me submit it, clearly due to the low score. Save yourself the money and headache…do not waste your time with this sad excuse for a company.

Basket Sneaking / Post-checkout…
Shapermint uses post- purchase price confirmation "basket sneaking" / post-checkout manipulation to entice buyers to add additional items, then process payment without displaying a new/updated payment total or allowing the buyer a chance to remove the additional items from the purchase.

Impossible to unsubscribe
Product is good but after 5 tries and contacting their complaints department, I am still unable to unsubscribe. Complaints apologised and said I am unsubscribed but Still get emails. My advice is to get a dummy email account if you want to deal with these people. Being able to unsubscribe is the law in Australia but they don't comply and I have to put up with bulk emails from them.

Ordered from them and loved the product, decided I wanted more, ordered over $100 worth of stuff, paid with Apple Pay when I looked at the confirmation receipt I noticed it was an address from 6 years ago and I immediately tried to contacted a real person like 2 mins later and they kept telling me they “couldn’t do anything because of how fast everything is processed” so now my bras got delivered to the porch of an old address in a completely different state and they don’t care. Don’t try and play like you couldn’t change the address 2 mins after I ordered it. Very very poor customer service!!

DISAPPOINTED
I placed an order on the 15th March. The payment was taken from my account and now 12 days later there is still no progress with my order. It has not been dispatched. I have tried emailing their customer support but just get a standard email saying there may be a problem with the shipping address or item availability. I would NOT purchase anything from this company again!I would like a FULL REFUND but just keep getting the same standard email response. Very disappointing.

What a scam
What a scam! I finally decided to buy and try a cami. I put one in my basket and proceeded to checkout. Before I got there they offered another one for 10% discount I clicked on the button to look and said yes then my basket appeared with not just one other but a pack of 2 for much more money! I pressed the back button to remove it and they literally completed my order! I immediately went to log in and got to my orders to remove the items - this must have been about 60 seconds later and it said I can't as the order although it hasn't been fulfilled had been processed!!! Can't seem to speak to anyone and I just get the bot rolling me oh don't worry you can just send the items back! But in the meantime I've paid out 3 times the amount of money I was prepared to pay!!! Absolutely outrageous! I am so cross!!An update -I've now received 3 emails all the same saying thst the matter is now resolved! It is not!!! These emails are obviously computer generated and mean nothing!!!!

Avoid Shapermint
What a mess. Couldn't order what I wanted. The order kept changing by Shapermint, not by me. Wrong colors, wrong sizes and wrong quantities. Remove button was completely non-responsive. Quantities, plus or minus next to incorrect orders was completely unresponsive. How are these criminals still in business?!?! 3.9 stars my ass. Read real reviews, they're absolute horror stories. I canceled a credit card because after my experience and reading hundreds of scathing reviews I don't trust Shapermint 1 tiny bit. They clearly lack ethics and behave immorally. STAY AWAY FROM SHAPERMINT. YOUR WELCOME 🙏 I would like to add that when I tried to get help on their site using a chat option. I wrote everything that went wrong several times and was then redirected to a site where my name and credit card information was expected before any assistance would be possibly provided. I don't believe the 3.9 stars. Read what people are saying about shapermint on other platforms. It's a nightmare and definitely not to be trusted.
