Absolutely horrible. My music are downloadable and it has been 2 weeks. The amount was cleared the same day it was purchased and I still have no music. I have emailed Amy 3 times and made 2 online requests with their bot! Still no response. Still no music. I will never use this company again! Go straight to the composer's site. HORRIBLE!

Sneaky subscription sign-up with no warning or prompt to cancel.Ordered a sheet of music as a one-off purchase, but £9.99 monthly subscription came out a few days later. I may have missed something and life moves fast, but this was an unintended purchase. Easy to cancel in the end though, so that's something ;_)

When ordering from the UK website an ongoing monthly subscription offer is added automatically to your order with NO OPT-OUT available. If you don't cancel your subscription within 7 days you're charged with no redress. AVOID!!

Great music selection and fast delivery, but the updated website makes finding music more cumbersome. I liked the previous version better—it was simpler to browse.

I ordered a small album of Christmas piano music by Mary McDonald in November 2025 (I am a church musician) hoping to receive before Christmas. There was no option to receive digitally (why not??) , but decided to take the risk on receiving in time.My payment was made, and was informed the music was 'shipped' in the United States on 21 November.I received NO further updates from Sheetmusicplus (or from UPS, their appointed delivery agency). Christmas arrived and passed, with no news whatsoever. Last weekend (11 January) I decided to see if any tracking information of some kind on the website. I was shocked to find that the order was marked 'DELIVERED' on 30 December. I received zero communication from Sheetmusicplus or from UPS either before or since that date. I have since sent 3 or 4 emails stating that I had received nothing whatsoever. I have as of today 16 January not received even an acknowledgment from either SMP or UPS. This is a disgraceful failure in customer service. I would strongly advise anyone interested in a piece of music on Sheetmusicplus which needs to be physically shipped from the US to either avoid it or think very carefully about proceeding. If they cannot achieve delivery, (or subsequently compensate for their failure to do so), they should not be accepting people's money and raising expectations. Especially cruel at Christmas.

I just want to inform, thatsheetmusicplus replied to the complaint herunder and I appreciate that. It turned out that I had received their mail in my spam filter which I had not previously checked. It said, there could be a delay of 10 minutes before the download could happen. I have downloaded the tune now,I think 3,5 is appropriate because the user interface (in my view) has room for improvement viewed the high price of a musical sheet.I think the pissibility of the download being delayed plus the risk of mail landing in spam filter should have been warned about before or at the moment of purchase and that a contact address should be given up front. The musical sheets are quite expensive and a seamless user interface is to be expected. But apart from that, I also should have checked out my spam filter. I hope you will consider these points at “sheetmusicplus”. Anyway It ended well and we all learned something. Thanks for replying.Here is the initial evaluation:“I went to the library to buy, download and print a simple tune: “Three Little Birds” amounting to a total of 5 $ (including sales tax, which only appeared as 1 $ extra when my bill appeared on the screen). I paid all the same and was told that I could download the PDF. This did NOT happen. I could not download the PDF and I could not contact sheetmusicplus.com. No contact details on their website, which in itself is a no-go sign, that I should have heeded.Anyway, I will report it to my bank and they will graciously return my money and deal with “sheetmusicplus.com’s administration. If possible. It is a must for online vendors to provide a clear gateway to contact them AND to respond. This was NOT a good experience. But I learnt my lesson,I will never use sheetmusicplus.com again and never ever buy from businisses that hide behind a screen of inaccesibility. 1 star is too much. It should rather be a minus 5 stars.”

Placed an order for a piece of sheet music on 12/28/2025 that company said it had in stock. A week later got information that the item was shipped. Checked shipping status of music. Shipper (UPS/USPS) indicated that they had not received the item for shipping although order status online indicates item was shipped. Sent request directly to company support but did not receive a reply. Revised review 1/9/2026: Company did provide an explanation for the delay in shipping. Received item on 1/9/2026; item as described (new publication), packaged very nicely. Would suggest to company reps to advise customer/s in advance of possible shipping delays, closures for holiday/s for status response delays, etc. Customers DO appreciate being informed on the status of the Internet purchases. Thank-you

Paid for a piece of music, and transaction has already gone through. A "server error" message popped up, and the music never appeared in my digital library. Emailed customer support and received no reply.Three days later, logged on to my account to cancel subscription. Same "server error" message popped up making it impossible to unsubscribe to the site.Emailed customer support again but got no reply. Whole thing feels like a scam. I had to cut my credit card to prevent the site charging the weekly subscription fee.

I placed an order on November 28th. I requested to cancel the order the same day due to multiple problems with the order (explained below). It took several days to receive a response. They did cancel the order, but have still not issued a refund. The order was for nearly $300. I canceled the order due to the following problems:I signed up for a free trial of their SMP Plus subscription plan. This offers 10% off of orders and free shipping over $25. I didn't receive free shipping. I was charged more than $25 for shipping. When I contacted them about this, they claimed it was because the order was too heavy. The plan offers free shipping over $25, not free shipping over $25 unless they claim the order is too heavy.I had several items canceled from the order due to them being out of print. It isn't the first time this has happened. One of the items I had tried to order months prior to this. It was canceled then too, yet they still list the item on their website. They try to shift the blame to publishers, but they could easily implement processes to remove items like this when they are out of print. They leave the items on their site instead, which inconveniences customers. I wouldn't be surprised if these same items are listed for sale years from now despite being out of print.I've had multiple emails ignored. When I do receive replies it takes days for a response. Note that they do send a generic canned reply confirming receipt of your initial message, which may be why they claim to respond with 24 hours in some other replies on here. Other than that, you should expect to wait days for support.It looks like I'm going to have to do a chargeback through my credit card to actually get a refund.
