Thought I had already submitted a review of this company but must have overlooked this one.I recommend the company for a couple of reasons.One being, reasonably priced goods delivered on time. Also, a good range of products for every budget

I bought 2 dresses from SHEIN and sent them back.The Evri tracking says that they have been delivered to the warehouse.And on my SHEIN app and account it says that they have received them.They are now saying that they are not the right items i know they are.It's now been 5 weeks and after 23 emails and numerous calls they are still not refunding me.I have even asked them to TELL me what were the items that were wrong but refused to tell me.There customer service is a disgrace and I would not recommend SHEIN to anyone.I have told them that they must have a thief working in their warehouse.DO NOT USE SHEIN you have been warned

I placed an order with SHEINit was supposed to be delivered between 2.16 an2.18. I never received it still to date. The delivery GOFO SAYS my address is wrong I validated it 4 times with SHEIN and with GOFO. The address is absolutely correct but the same excuse address is incorrect. But it's not. I requested a full refund from SHEIN and they are refusing to give me my money back! I have ordered before with no issues and I am a good customer but I won't be ordering from them again. They are stealing my money and not making good on the order, Buyer Beware!!

Update: the response “to protect your privacy” is quite ironic, given my review. Yet another automated copy and paste response. I am absolutely stunned and disgusted with SHEIN and their completely inadequate, template responses that show zero accountability.On 4 February 2026 I placed an order on SHEIN. At no point during checkout was I asked to select, enter, or confirm any payment method. The order went through anyway.Later I discovered that £65+ had been charged to a card I have never seen or used in my life: one starting and ending 4543****7329. After a quick Google, it appears to be a Nationwide account. I have never held a Nationwide account, and no money has left any of my own cards or accounts.I immediately reported this to SHEIN as a responsible customer and have been chasing them for over three weeks. Their only responses have been generic copy-paste replies about a “virtual card number” and telling me to contact the payment platform myself, impossible when I don’t own or recognise the card!They have:1. Refused to explain how this card was attached to my order without my authorisation2. Refused to say which payment provider generated it3. Refused to confirm whether the transaction has been investigated4. Refused to notify the actual cardholder (who is now potentially £65+ out of pocket through no fault of their own)I feel genuinely sorry for the real cardholder whose details were unlawfully used. This looks like a serious payment system failure or possible data breach, and SHEIN couldn’t care less.This should be and will be reported to the ICO immediately, it is a clear breach of GDPR under English law. Customers’ payment details (or other people’s!) are being used without consent or proper authorisation. That is not acceptable in 2026.The only impact on me so far is hours of stress, lost time, and complete loss of trust in SHEIN’s systems. But the real victim here is the unknown Nationwide customer who may not even know their card was charged.I have requested and still not receievd: 1. A full written explanation of exactly how this unauthorised payment method was selected and processed2. Confirmation of which payment platform generated the “virtual card” and how it linked to my account3. Proof that the transaction has been reviewed and reversed/refunded to the correct card holder4. Written confirmation that the real cardholder has been contacted5. Details of the corrective actions taken to stop this happening to anyone elseI expect a proper response from a senior payments or compliance manager, not another generic customer-service template.SHEIN, this is unlawful, dangerous, and completely unacceptable. Sort it out publicly and transparently, or I will be escalating to Trading Standards, the ICO, and every relevant authority.Date of incident: 4 February 2026Order still showing as processed with someone else’s money.Do NOT shop here if you value your financial security. I will never use SHEIN again.

Their products are very inferior and quality is very poor. I bought 4 pairs of trousers from them .Their sizes are very small compared to UK size and they don't have a telephone number. Their website isn't helping at all.So I would advise you all not to buy from them as if you want a refund it's impossible.
