The ultimate support
Have gotten a couple pairs of boxers for my husband. He loves the texture and support! Had a recent order go missing, and the customer service was excellent, promptly sending a replacement out! Thanks Shinesty!!

There was an issue with my order it got lost
There was an issue with my order it got lost at a shipping location after I messaged them they created another shipment within a few minutes! I appreciate it!

I love the customer service
I love the customer service. My husband gets the boxers and I love all the choices are great.I get the ladies boy shorts and to be honest the there isn’t as good of a selection choice.Overall the underwear is comfortable & soft. They wash great

Duplicates and too many emails
I like them. Only issue is get is I get 2 a month and now I have had 4 duplicates so far. Theres so many shinesty emails that I ignore the spam ones and forget to check the order ones. Debating on canceling the subscriptions because I dont check my email often enough and I dont need 2 or 3 of the same printed underwear
