I orderd shoes in mid January for my…

I orderd shoes in mid January for my wife so she could get them for valentines day, never got a shipping notice or anything not a word from this company. January 23 i tried calling but got this virtual garbage that ended up texting a person, i asked why I haven't heard anything they looked everything up and told me the order was on back order and they wouldn't be sent until the 19 th of February so I told the woman to cancel the order because it defeated the purpose she told me she would send me a cancelation notice to my email, once again not a word .I made an order from another company. Now the 29 th they took money out of my account and said the order will be there the 31 .this is a piss poor company and I will spead the word about this garbage of a place. I would advise anyone not to do business with these people.

Worst customer service I’ve ever…

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. They made an error on their end and shipped out my package with the wrong shipping method. I paid for extra shipping and they tried to tell me that I did not. They asked me to send them my email receipt as well as the shipping email showing the express shipping. I did that and then never heard from them again. They did not try to make anything right or care that they messed up and I did not receive a Christmas gift to give on time. I would avoid this company.

Backorder of item cancelled.

Ordered an item in mid-November. Item was on backorder. One month later I was notified that the item was no longer available. Well, the item is widely available, just not for the price that I paid in November. I think ShoeMall didn't want to follow through on the order for the price I paid.After posting this review, ShoeMall responded that the shoe I had ordered was available for the same price if I wanted to reorder. Why in the world would they cancel my order and then say I could reorder the item? Maybe they are just incompetent.

Zero stars would be too many

Zero stars would be too many for this garbage of a company. Also, beware that this company has other website and scams like Marylandsquare.com. They are selling items they don't have and putting on them on backorder and then claiming they don't see the order when you try to cancel the backorder. Live chat doesn't work and no one answers the phone

fed ex delivered to wrong home

fed ex delivered to wrong home, clearly not my picture. shoemall kept transferring me and then stated has to mail me form and me mail back to investigate this before issuing refund. so no shoes, no money, they stated this could take at least 1 monthwell still not contact as of today 1/30/26 no shoes, no money, terrible how they treat their customers

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this situation. I placed an order for my daughter’s shoes almost two months ago, and I still haven’t received them. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered, but I never received it — and I have no idea to whom or where it was actually delivered. This is unacceptable. I feel misled and frustrated by the lack of clear communication and responsibility. Please investigate this matter urgently and either provide proof of delivery or issue a full refund. Companies and online stores should not be allowed to treat customers this way. I expect your prompt response and resolution.

BUYER BEWARE

This company is so idiotic that A-they don't have any idea what FedEx requires to ensure a pack is actually delivered B-they will not own or correct said address mistakes, they are unable to contact FedEx to correct their error, even given my physical and po box addresses they chose po box address which FedEx will NOT deliver to C-they hold your money hostage for up to a week while they wait for the shoes they sent that will NEVER make it to the customer to arrive back D-they try to get you to purchase a second pair at your expense while waiting for first pair to get out of FedEx limboDO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CISTOMERS

Shoemall: takes too long to ship and too long to reach customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes on June 26th. A label was created the next day, but they still haven't been shipped as of July 9, 2025. I have called twice and each time had excessively long wait times on the phone and they have not been able to address the situation.

Shoemall substituted my order without notice

Ordered two pairs of socks and received a the wrong product. Shoemall substituted my order with an item of lesser quality due to only one in stock. The representative stated they would remove the one remaining from their stock and allocate them to my swap and to send the old ones back. Once the item was delivered back to shoemall, I was then advised they didn't have the remaining stock allocated. I kept one pair due to their stock only showing one remaining expecting a discount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
