Dishonest about shipping times
Ordered 2 items on Dec 11th based on the fact that as per their website "Orders placed before 2pm EST M-F will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2pm EST M-F will begin processing the next business day." It is now Dec 22nd and my order is still listed as "unfulfilled" and they now how have a notice on their site saying that "Due to a high volume of orders, processing & shipping times may be delayed. " But after going online and talking with other customers and reading past reviews, 30 days or more for shipping seems to be pretty standard for them.I ordered replacement items from another retailer and requested that Justice cancel my order, which they refused because "What if we give you a refund and then the order ships?". Absolutely unacceptable.

Not going to be here by Christmas
Made a order on December 9, 2024 as of December 21, 2024 no order. Now shipping updates says I won't get until the 28th. This place is a joke. I will never order from this joke of a business again. This was a Christmas order. Thanks for nothing.

I bought a heated brush for…
I bought a heated brush for straightening and curling my hair. Was on holiday when delivery came. Tried to use it, and it won't charge at all. Emailed they said 14 day return policy which was up as I was away. They won't replace or help. Avoid this company at all costs

I placed a legit order via the web site…
I placed a legit order via the web site and paid on a credit card. They sent me a message saying they need the billing statement or copy of mobile banking payment. I called them and told them that this is a legit transaction, gave them my name, address and phone number. I asked them if they received the payment. They did receive it. However, they still want the billing statement. They offer nothing than "I am sorry" which is very unhelpful. It is just a hassle to shop from this place. Cancel the order. I will buy from somewhere else.

The first wash and the Black Jogging…
The first wash and the Black Jogging Outfit with Bright Colors throughout Faded. I turn my darks inside out and wash in Cold Water when I took it out of the Dryer ItFaded and now it looks old I'm not impressed at all.

Vliegtickets.nl it is an another seller flights company who do not respect their clients and more, do not return money even they recognize do not make correct the reservation but they take my money and promise to give me back and never happened. Because of their mistake with booking on October 2021 I become unemployed and Homeless.

Terrible customer service
Took WEEKS to get my order and several emails inquiring about it. Then needed to return some of the clothes but can’t in any local store. They want me to pay $3-4 PER ITEM to return. Complete insanity. Will never order again.

Placed an order 8/9/23
Placed an order 8/9/23. After 4 weeks I contacted customer service via email to see what the delay was and they suggested I cancel my order. I said no. On September 19,2033 sent out another email and told them I do not wish to cancel and would like my order fulfilled. I also told them they need to be better about updating people on shipping and delays bc I had received none except when I reached out. Today September 27,2023 they canceled my entire order with no email or anything. I received a notification from my phone that I had been refunded. I noticed on their website they have almost all 5 stars reviews with no place to leave one. This is because they are deleting the bad ones and keeping good ones. The whole thing is very unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well. Coming here it seems like others are experiencing the same unprofessionalism.

I placed an order on 8/23 called 9/14…
I placed an order on 8/23 called 9/14 was told that it could ship weekending 9/22 called again 9/26. I was told it will ship within 3 weeks. They make it not worth it to cancel. I begin to wonder have anyone received their orders... Order JUST-997435.... I will look for other review sites to warn not to place orders online. Nothing but a SCAM

No shipment, no information
Placed an order on 8/24. Two weeks later I hadn't heard anything, when I contacted them they said because of a sale they were delayed, should ship in 3-4 weeks. It's been over a month and they said they still can't tell me when it will even be processed. I called to cancel, said they will if they can but if it's packed they can't cancel it. What a nightmare. I ordered for school clothes and had to go out and buy other things because this never went through, even though they charged me.
