Received a pair of shoes for my toddler who excitedly put them on right away. The next day, I went to help with his shoes and socks and noticed that one was a size 11 (our ordered item) and one was a size 9. I didn’t look at whether the shoes fit or not, because he’d already worn these exact shoes/size before but needed them replaced. Called customer service who refused to help with this issue because they’d already been worn—not a discount, no apology—even though they were the ones who sent me the incorrect shoe size. I will never shop through them again and instead will buy the more expensive pair elsewhere.

Terrible store to order from online they will give you a size you didn't order and will not let you return if the item is on clearance. Never order clearance items from this store they will send you the wrong size.

The online store has the worst customer experience. I ordered new work shoes in a size 6.5 in men’s which the website clearly states that they are men’s shoes. I received a size 6.5 in women’s and I reached out to their customer service to see if I could receive the correct size with a picture of the shoes I got and with what I ordered. They won’t let me return the shoes and get the correct pair since they sent me the wrong shoes and the customer service representative that emailed me back told me I need to learn to read.

Ordered shoes for my daughter that she picked out and was super excited for. The website obviously said they were in stock. Then they waited until the day they were to be delivered to cancel the item. When I chatted with customer service they were like it was out of stock and just ended the chat, nothing more. Also the coupon you have to sign up for didn’t work on anything that I tried. Very unprofessional overall, poor customer care and cruel to do to a young special needs child. If you don’t take care of your customers you will go out of business, clearly they don’t care.

I orders 2 pairs of Nikes,on web site they look nice,and narrow when I got them,they were huge across the front, I tried to return them,and the rep said,that we're the final sale it were false advertising, they are the worst company, I ever ordered from, Customers please don't waste your money, I don't care how good deal look,don't waste your money.

Incorrectly charged me sales tax and was told that I have to wait for my order to be shipped to request a refund for the taxes paid. It’s been over a week and my package still has not been delivered.

They only like to hire girls because “they’re easier to control” and they love to sexually harass women, make them feel sexualized and Store Manager Rob constantly offers the key to Assistant Store Manager Ken, to take a female employee & go inside the district managers office since there’s no cameras in there for s*xual reasons. This place is racially biased. They will be told to EXCHANGE *EVERY ITEM* so if you had your exchange denied, they did it purposefully. They have their own little manager clique and if they don’t all approve of you, they’ll manage you out or make you quit.

Never order from this store. I called right after I made order and noticed that the payment I was using entered an old address even though I had put in correct address on the main screen and tried to make correction right away and they said they couldn’t even though package hadn’t went out. Fed ex couldn’t change it only from the shipper which they wouldn’t contact fedex to change anything. I lost out on $200 since they wouldn’t refund me and someone else was delivered my shoes in another city.

Legitimately a horrible company. They sent me the wrong size shoes because they had them labeled wrong on their website and it was like pulling teeth dealing with their customer service. They straight up didn’t care that they sent me the wrong size and told me they don’t do exchanges. I went through the return process and they only refunded me the amount for the shoes not for the shipping. I had to talk to customer service again and explain that keeping the shipping cost for them sending me the wrong shoes is actually not legal and then they finally sent me the full amount. Never again will I order from this website. Save yourself a headache.
