Bought 2 pairs of Nikes that looked great and fit narrow on the website. When I got them, they were way too big across the front. I asked about returning them but the rep said everything's final sale. That's false advertising in my opinion. They're one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Trust me, no matter how good a deal seems, don't waste your money here.

Bad customer service combined with shady practices. Even after I asked them to change or cancel my order, they still shipped it out anyway.

Not only did I receive the completely wrong pair of shoes, but the box was in terrible condition and looked destroyed. Quality was bad. Don't ever buy from this site!

Their customer service is a complete disaster and needs serious help. It seems like they don't even pay their staff to actually assist customers. The reps were disrespectful, clueless, and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they just hung up when they couldn't figure out how to help.

Watch out if you're buying shoes from this place. I picked the right size when I ordered, but somehow the size changed after I completed my purchase. I tried calling to cancel but they said it was too late. They wouldn't let me return it either because they said final sale items can't be sent back. Their site has some serious problems. This is actually the second time the size has switched on me!

I've shopped there a couple times, once at a store location and once online. What got me interested was how many different brands and styles they carry. My online purchase showed up in about 3 days and it was exactly what I wanted. The price was fair and I was happy with my buy.

Ordered Nikes in my normal size, 10.5, but they were way too loose on my feet. I called to swap them for a smaller size and they said they don't do exchanges at all, which is pretty unusual for a shoe company. I said okay, I'll just return them for my money back so I can buy the right size. Then they told me the 25% promotion from when I purchased wasn't going to apply to my new order. The support team wouldn't budge and didn't seem interested in keeping my business. Absolutely dreadful customer service. Would not recommend this company. I certainly won't be ordering again.

Really needed some new shoes because my old pair was falling apart. Put in an order for 2 pairs of shoes. After about a week goes by, I get an email that my order got canceled out of nowhere. I was waiting every day for them to arrive and then boom, gone. These people are sketchy and I won't be going back. My money seems to be stuck in some sort of limbo. It makes no sense that they took my payment if they didn't have the inventory in the first place.

Heads up to buyers out there. This place operates dishonestly. I bought the Obsidian Air Max 270 in kids size 2 and noticed it was priced at just 49 dollars instead of 109 like the rest. The next day I got a cancellation notice. I checked the product page again and it had been taken down. A few hours later, boom, it's back up with the same exact pair now selling for 109. Something fishy definitely went down. Rather than honoring the price they sold it to me for, they canceled claiming it was out of stock, then relisted it at the higher price. When I called to complain, the rep told me my size was sold out. I pointed out that the full size range was still up for sale. She switched her story and said it was a different shoe that sold out. I had pictures and the style code to prove it was identical. As someone who knows sneakers, I was certain it was the same exact shoe. The only change was the price tag. The rep kept lying and saying it wasn't available.

If you want to literally give away your cash for nothing, place an order here. I'm done with this website. My order never arrived and when I contacted them, they just told me to dispute the charge with my bank. Extremely rude. And the worst part is it was supposed to be a gift for someone special and they completely messed it up for me.

Want to throw your money away for nothing? Order from their website then. I will never buy anything from them again. I placed an order that never showed up at my door and when I contacted them, they basically told me to just call my bank and file a dispute. Super rude approach. The whole thing was supposed to be a surprise present for someone and they totally ruined it.

Had a really bad experience. I ordered shoes and the carrier delivered them, but when I got home a few hours later, my package had vanished. I got in touch with customer service and they said they'd investigate. The next day they said the investigation was done and confirmed delivery happened, so basically that's on me if someone took it. I'm stuck without the shoes and without a refund. Can't recommend this company. The fact that they won't pay a little extra for signature confirmation on orders is ridiculous.

Terrible experience. I got a delivery from the carrier and when I got back a few hours later, the package was gone. When I contacted support, they said they'd look into it. Next day they closed the case saying the delivery was confirmed, so basically tough luck if it got stolen. I'm out shoes and money. They won't do anything about it. I'd tell everyone to stay away from ordering from this company. They're too cheap to require signatures on deliveries.

My order got canceled and nobody bothered to tell me about it. After waiting a week, I reached out to them and that's when they finally started processing a refund. Even then, it was going to take another 5 days. Better off shopping somewhere else.

Placed an order online and it shipped right away. Received my shoes super fast and I'm totally happy with my purchase!
