So cheap looking!!
Bought the Cody shirt in white nothing like photo it's like shein quality, completely see through and so thin so gutted for the price I paid not worth it at all.first and last time shopping there

Showpo have a HORRIBLE returns policy…
Showpo have a HORRIBLE returns policy which is contradictory to the ACCC policy of "Refunds should be provided in the same form as the original payment, unless the business and consumer agree otherwise."I am now stuck with over AUS 450 store credit with them; a credit that I'll find difficult to use due to the nature of their products; I would have preferred my money back.

Showpo has been great to work with

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I forgot about a store credit I had that expired and Showpo very kindly agreed to reissue the store credit. Also very prompt to action my request.

No refund waiting over 3 months
It has now been over three months, and I have repeatedly been advised that my refund has been processed and would arrive within 2–5 business days. Each time I follow up, I am told that the accounts team is “sorting it,” however I still have not received the refund.

Very responsive - averaging maximum 5 minute replies to emails which is fantastic. Issue was resolved swiftly and communicated clearly. I was very happy with the outcome.

There had been an error with my item being dispatched
