As usual, Shutterfly makes me tear my hair out. The best present Shutterfly ever made was when my sister made a mug for me with a target called Shutterfly and I was aiming at it, shooting! That about explains my experience since 2016 when someone completely messed up this poor app. I had just uploaded all my pictures for the latest photo book from my vacation, and of course I go back to edit because it says it's too small and find that they have upgraded my photo book from the free 8x8 I had in my cart to 10x10. I fixed that. I put layouts for every single page. All the photos I uploaded are now gone. It will not auto populate with my password keeper anymore and I'm just fed up with this company. I went ahead to recreate the entire thing on the app. It's does not show up in the cart for any of the customer service reps to put the correct discount code on it. So it is available if I pay $50 for what was supposed to be a free 8x8 photo book. They escalated it up three tiers and I spent an hour waiting on the phone and they could not fix it. Couldn't even credit it since nothing was in my cart on their end :-(. I have stuck with his company only because I get specials and ads that give me cheap products. I'm not sure it's worth the hassle anymore.

Love My Personalized Calendars!
My personalized calendar was just what I expected it to be. I have had yearly calendars made for the last 5+ years. They bring a smile to my face each and every month.This year my calendar had an issue where the metal spine was bent. I was sent a new one without any hesitation.

Beautiful wedding photo book
The Shutterfly website is friendly and easy to use. Ordering was easy. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my finished photo book came. I did use Chat with a couple of questions I had with my order and appreciated the help. I plan to continue to use Shutterfly in the future for all my printing needs.

We order thing for people and our wedding stuff and it take months to get delivered and were done. The thing was broken we it was delivered and so I wont be using this website anymore.
