High customer service and quality silk
I purchased two items and one wasn’t true to size. I love the short pjs. Quality is amazing. I know silk and its quality. Anna wrote back to me with options but I suggested another option and everything worked out well. I was delivered with a high level of customer service. Again high quality beautiful silk single thread which is the highest quality. The workmanship high quality. I just purchased two more items and will purchase the doona set. Thank you Silksilky. You have one a loyal customer. I don’t understand the few negative reviews. Thank you Anna.

Horrible Experience
Wish I could give a zero. I ordered my package 6 weeks before my fiancé’s birthday and it was lost in transit. I even purchased the Worry Free insurance and it made it worse. This is an excuse for the company to defer all problems to Seel, the insurance company.They refuse to resend the package I ordered. They will also only respond to customer service emails once a day. Not productive at all. Spare your time and money and do not order from this company.

EVERYTHING IS TOO SMALL
I ordered multiple items from this company hoping to pay a heavy prices items I will receive higher quality Turns out all of them are realistically small and returning the product is time consuming and I have to pay for shipping. The quality of the material is also questionable. Be aware and do your research before ordering .
