This computer runs like a beast!
This computer has been everything I've been needing for a while. Setting it up was very easy with their instructions. And there is very little bulkware. ( some smaller things in windows maybe ) They didn't mention to plug in the monitor to the actual NVidia card instead of the motherboards card. Big oversight. But I quickly solved my issue when discovered. Not everyone would notice this mistake and probably should be a part of the instructions. Another seems to be a Wi-Fi/Ethernet conflict that only showed up when i was playing a game. I used Gemini to solve the problem on my own.There were a couple other minor technicalities i needed to resolve. But their site provided the info i needed or were a special consideration to my own necessities. Once i got those out of the way, this runs like a beast!

Super happy with my purchase
Super happy with my purchase. Components were well assembled, and the PC booted up properly. While not required to be included, the extra pieces that weren't used in the case were included. The information folder with the quick start guide was a nice touch as well. PC is performing well above expectations.

Two things really made this experience
Two things really made this experience great. First was finally seeing my PC in person after wanting one for years. I’ve been eyeing a setup like this since I was younger, so that moment alone meant a lot.The most important part, though, was the customer service — especially Ryan. He was a huge help and clearly knows his stuff. When my computer ran into a memory issue, he helped get it resolved quickly with a replacement and made the whole process stress-free. If you ever need help with your Skytech PC, I’d definitely recommend asking for Ryan. As he consistently demonstrates deep knowledge and a commitment to solving problems efficiently.

My PC was randomly crashing and saying…
My PC was randomly crashing and saying I had corrupted files when trying to play Arc Raiders. I called SkyTech support and was assisted by Andre. Andre went in my PC and within 30 minutes had everything working perfectly. I am not tech-savvy so I always get very concerned with these issues. Andre walked me through every single thing he did while fixing my PC in case I needed to do it on my own. After all his help, Andre left me his direct email and said to email him with any issues that come up again. This is my 2nd PC, both were SkyTech and I will never go to another brand again after the support SkyTech has given me. Thank you to SkyTech support but especially Andre for the detailed support he gave me today and even for being so kind and giving his direct email in case I ever needed it. This type of support is not found in many places but has gained a customer for life in me for how professional and helpful this support team is. Thank you Andre!

Clay R great tech he went there in my new pc and from remote i need bois flashed because the i7 14000f likes to burn without the bois update i didn't know how to do it so he logged on my PC for me he was very friendly and helped me a awesome tech keep him!!!!!!!!!!! Now for now on me family and many friends will only by from skytech pc. I love you guys

Skytech O11 Vision Review from a First Time PC Buyer
I recently purchased the Skytech O11 Vision gaming PC from SkyTech Gaming, equipped with an NVIDIA RTX 5080 graphics card and a Ryzen 7 processor. Overall, the computer runs well and looks nice right out of the box. The build itself looks clean and professionally assembled, and performance so far has been solid and doing what I expected.However, I did run into a few concerns during unboxing. When I opened the box, I noticed a large crack on the top of the case from the inside. While removing the internal protective foam, I also found three screws loose inside the case. That part was definitely concerning, especially for a new PC at this price point.I normally do not leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I was genuinely excited to receive this PC. I recently purchased the Skytech O11 Vision gaming PC from SkyTech Gaming, equipped with an NVIDIA RTX 5080 graphics card and a Ryzen 7 processor. This was a big upgrade for me coming from a laptop that I had been using for school, work, and gaming, so I was really looking forward to this purchase.Right out of the box, the computer looks great and appears well built. The internal setup looks clean and professionally assembled, and performance so far has been solid and meeting my expectations.That said, I did have some concerns during unboxing. When I opened the box, I noticed a large crack on the top of the case from the inside. While removing the protective foam from inside the PC, I also found three screws loose inside the case. Finding loose hardware inside a brand new system was definitely concerning, especially at this price point.As of now, the PC is running decent and I am satisfied with the performance overall. I just wish the system had arrived without damage or loose parts, particularly since the total cost was around $3,500. When someone spends that kind of money on a computer, they expect it to arrive in perfect condition.I also think it is important for people spending this amount of money on a PC to hear honest feedback from a recent buyer. My experience has been positive in terms of performance, but the condition of the case upon arrival was disappointing.

Smooth High horse power PC
I can finally play high graphic games such as mecha break and arknight: endfield on pc without lowering graphic settings. Everything is running smoothly for now. If something breaks, I will let you know.

So far so good.
Fantastic customer service and very competitive pricing. As long as I dont run into any issues down the road I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends looking for a new pre built.
