I made a purchase back in early October. Later I decided to return the items from my order, paid the shipping label and sent the refund. It was stated that returns are processed for 14 days but I never received my money. The store does not respond to my messages and ignores any of my attempts to contact as much as possible. Not recommended👎

There appear to be big savings when buying designer frames from them but the logistics of it are a nightmare. I ordered some Tom Ford frames with progressive lenses and the initial order took over a month to arrive. What I received were clearly damaged frames. Their customer support pushed back but then agreed the frames were defective, after I had an optician take close ups to show the damage. This is where it gets worse. It took months for my frames to be sent back. Then several follow ups before they shipped out the replacements. They DO NOT provide expedited shipping even when it's their fault for sending defective frames. It took over two months for the replacement frames to arrive. Cherry on the cake is that the replacement frames were defective as well, but not as bad as the original ones. At this point I am at 5 months from when the order was placed, with frames that are not quite right.Essentially their business plan (for designer frames) appears to be sending refurbished frames, then drowning the customer in extended wait times (Months not weeks) so they accept the defective product.To summarise, just having to wait close to half a year to get my order makes the savings seem worthless but the sub par value of this service is compounded by the fact that the frames received are not what you get in store.

Poor quality frames. Purchased two pairs. Have to carry a glasses repair kit with me everywhere I go because the screws come out of one pair and the other pair had incorrect measurements listed on the website so doesn't stay on my face. Really easy to get better frames for less money. I recommend starting anywhere but here.

The service over email was great. The glasses did take very long to deliver as it said that the address line wasn’t complete. I would’ve loved to have gotten a notification on that so that I could’ve fixed the problem sooner and gotten my glasses sooner. I also ordered just the frames and the glasses came with lenses in them. That’s all being very picky, overall a good experience

The store stole my order and money. I returned them several months ago, and they still haven't refunded me! They promised, but they haven't done it. I advise anyone who has encountered similar problems to contact a lawyer and file a lawsuit against this store to have it shut down.

I purchased a pair of glasses and after paying I got an update that they dont have the product, asking me to contact them about the situation. How can a company enlist a product on their website that they dont have? Let alone let the customer pay for it? Should this type of email not include information about a planned refund? Instead they are asking for the customer to sort out the situation. Quite a concerning and frustrating practice.
