I got a dress from them a few months back and tried sending it right back because the quality was bad. Took a month just to get someone to respond with a return label, and even then it was a hassle. Once I sent the dress back nobody acknowledged receiving it. When I asked about my refund they said the dress was worn and rejected the return. I never wore it once. Since they wouldn't refund me, I asked them to send it back. Over two months later and still nothing. I followed up asking when my dress would ship and they tell me they assumed I didn't want it and already got rid of it. Are you kidding me? I spent over 500 dollars with tax and shipping. They just decided to throw away my dress. Don't waste your time and money with this company.
Avoid this brand completely. Ordered two dresses and a bikini that were all too big. I mailed everything back using their return label through DHL and it was delivered to them on October 3rd, 2024. Still no refund. Their support team is useless. I had to file a fraud complaint with my payment processor because this is unacceptable.
Customer service here is terrible. Just read the reviews and you'll see how right that is. When they do respond it's slow and unhelpful at best. My domestic order took weeks to arrive even though it should have been faster, and nobody apologized or explained. I sent something back and got a shipping confirmation, but it still took over 3 weeks and multiple follow ups before they processed it. I would never order from them again.
Terrible from start to finish. The swimsuit took forever to ship, more than two weeks, and arrived in the wrong size. By the time it got here I was past their return window because of how slow shipping was. They said I could still return it but their system was down so I'd have to pay my own postage plus international customs fees. That would cost way more than the suit itself. Good luck reaching anyone by phone or chat, those don't work. You get either nothing back or some automated response that doesn't address your issue. I would absolutely never order from here again. The actual products are decent quality but for a brand that positions itself as upscale, this is a disaster.

I'm 57 years old and I've never left a review before, but these people are the worst business I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. I ordered 3 items and got charged for all of them but only received 1. Can't get anyone on the phone and nobody responds to my emails. A rating of 1 star is honestly too generous. This company shouldn't be operating.
