Trying to cancel is impossible

Trying to cancel is impossible. I called to try to cancel my service. The rep had me sitting there for 45 minutes while he just kept saying, “Ok, let’s see, ok…” pretending he was canceling the plan. Finally I said, “It does not take this long to cancel. You don’t want to process the cancellation so you’re stalling hoping I’ll get frustrated and hang up. Transfer me to someone who will process the cancellation.” He denied this and advised me to go to a Spectrum store to cancel. I agreed because I just wanted to be off the phone with him. Went to the Spectrum store, said I wanted to cancel. The guy said, “We don’t do that here. You have to call customer service.” I said, “I did, and I was told by the guy to come here and you would cancel me.” He says, “That guy lied.”Called again today and tried to cancel. Was unsuccessful.

First mistake was asking what Now.

First mistake was asking what went wrong This time like I am a constant complainer. I am not. I have never had problems with activating phones til now. I still have calls coming through my old phone and text coming through my new phone. I can’t turn the old one off because I wouldn’t get my calls. I first called to activate my phone and I was told sure they could help and they hung up or we were disconnected but when I tried to call back no one answered. I am 75 years old so it’s hard for me to understand but I took it to the store and she spent plenty of time with me but told me to just take them home and they would finish the activation at home. I did and still not so. What now

If they damage your plumbing, good luck.

I still do not have a functioning waterline at time of writing because of Spectrum's damage to my property and their damages policies. They maintain that because the water inside my condo unit not functioning they cannot call for a plumber because the issue originated outside in common space, despite overwhelming obvious evidence that reburying the internet cables damaged the water line. This policy was explained with breathtaking ambiguity and staggering apathy by Spectrum representatives at the local and regional supervising levels. I am unsurprised and disappointed that Spectrum has not taken proactive steps to resolve this issue *with* me.

What a service.

I moved into a house so I need to set up electricity. The electric company sent me to spectrum and the even help me cut my phone bill by 30% by combining the two services.
