Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, evri said they had delivered my parcel when they had not. Sports direct despatched replacement order which arrived within a few days. No hassle, no drama just good, polite, efficient response.

Terrible online service compared to competitors
Limited information on website as to size guide for shoes. Made order difficult and now having to return. Expensive delivery. Delivery to store is same cost as to house. Cannot return to store so now having to pay for return of item.

You used evri to try and deliver, what a joke.
You used evri to try and deliver. !!!!!Purchased on 29th January. On Evie's own information they received it at 15:50 on the 29th. Supposed to be a two day delivery,!!!!To date 6th February it's still with evri. 8 days and still no information as to when it's going to be delivered. Shall not be ordering from you again if you are going to use Evri. STILL WAITING.

I had an issue when i was singing my…
I had an issue when i was singing my odder. I put my correct password in but for some unknown reason it kipped coming up as not valid. then when i pleased my odder. I looked at my emails and my bank account and found the transaction had not gone threw so i had to start all over again , i was annoyed. but my odder did aversely go threw.

Lack rugby gear
Sports direct are quite good. Generally they have everything you needs however they do lack rugby gear. I struggle to find rugby boots and gear. Sometimes I have to loo elsewhere
