By far the best customer support team I…
By far the best customer support team I have ever dealt with. They just want to get the problems solved for you and they do so in a kind & professional manner. The stock is incredible. The only place I'm going to shop for sports gear from now on. Really I can't say enough good things.

Challenges but excellent customer service
Although the order itself was a disaster (Evri lost the package and then Sportshoes ran out of my size) the customer service at Sportshoe has been excellent is sourcing a replacement item and refunding the difference.The only reason I didn't give a 5 star, was 1. They ran out of my size which is a new 2026 item, 2. They used the same courier, when on the form I did ask for a different courier.But the 2 individuals I have dealt with have both been quick in responding and really good to deal with.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service - bought a pair of shoes and they developed a fault. Contacted Sport shoes who provided a free post label to send them back. They offered me a full reimbursement, which i used on another pair of shoes from their site. First time ive ever had a problem with their product and the customer service was top class, very efficient from Rebecca in Customer service team. Would recommend Sportshoes and their after service is super.

well i was a plonker and forgot to pick…
well i was a plonker and forgot to pick up my parcel from a pickup point before it got returned to sender. Sidrah sent it back to my actual address with no added cost. the shoes are a great fit, very good value (hard to get size 14s that don't break the bank). it all worked out wellcustomer service was great though the AI chatbot is shit, as they always are
