So simple a caveman could use it
Parking space was simple to find and the access to get in and out was easy. And the fact that it didn’t cost that much made the difference.

2 problems that need attention
2 problems. 1. We took wrong turn getting off elevator and ended up in Macy's. You should have signage showing way to theater. 2. It was not clear if I had to show my QR code to cashier - I did, and she gave me wrong instructions how to use it. At the departure gate it is unclear if we use the QR code or the ticket first. So I was at the gate very long with impatient cars in line behind me and no one to help.

Luv this app
I used this app 3 times in the last 9 days and love it. downtown LA is impossible to find parking and the price is ridiculous. Spot Hero finds you the best deals show you the closet parking to the area you are going, customer service has always been great if any issues.Now i can go places and make my parking reservations in advance.

SpotHero lived up to its name!
I was very appreciative of the SpotHero customer service being prompt to respond and assist us with a very difficult/frustrating situation regarding a snowed/iced over spot we had paid for. They switched us to a valet parking at no charge - although it was farther from our destination, it definitely made our night being able to park safely and securely. I will definitely go back to SpotHero again when I need parking services in DC!

No spot. No refund
They rented a spot that was not accessible. I requested a refund. I have waited four days and still have not gotten a refund.

No issues at all
