My dog got hit by a car wearing your…
My dog got hit by a car wearing your collar. The boundaries were set he knew where to stop, for whatever reason it wasn’t calling, vibrating or static correction that evening. He is dead and I have a $1,000 collar that failed at that moment.

Not a 100% but close
Collar work well on our Anatolians. They are not a 100%, as when they are after something, they are after it. But for general patrols, it's keeping them home a majority of the time.

Worth the $
We never really took dog training seriously, until we ended up with an energetic, herding-type puppy whose previous 4 owners couldn't handle. It took him a few weeks to understand what the collar was telling him, but now that he gets it, he doesn't go out of the boundaries at all. We will be trying out a whole new location this weekend, I'm sure the training period will be significantly shorter. The collar is consistent and has not lost its signal. The tracking feature is well worth it. This dog's fence boundary includes 5+ acres to roam, and finding where he is when he's out of earshot is a huge convenience. We've contacted Customer Service 3 times (billing, training Qs, technical difficulty), and each time our issues were addressed and resolved immediately.

The customer service is stellar
The customer service is stellar, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The collar, however, keeps losing my phone, and we can't seem to get it to work reliably. I have great cellular service at my home, and a 10 acre cleared parcel where the fence is. Not so comforting when you're in the middle of nowhere and trying to keep tabs on your dog.

I really like the set up
I really like the set up. We used to have wire around part of our property. Going all the way around was too expensive. Then we had problems with breaks in the wire due to our tractor/mower running it over. After several different wired electrical fences we tried SpotOn with the use of GPS. No more wire laying around our property. So much better. Easy to set up. The only drawback is it has to be charged daily, and I noticed the battery wears over time.

We have tried several wireless collars…
We have tried several wireless collars and none have worked. I think that may have to do with our metal roof, or power lines even.I did hate spending the money, but for our dog it has been totally worth it. Our dog can’t be left in the house by herself(tasmanian devil) due to her separation anxiety. She likes being outside too, so it makes it win win.I love that we can see where she’s at on the app too.
