Highly recommend visiting the Starbucks location at 2812 Hassert Blvd in Naperville, IL (#26895). Their team truly caters second-to-none experience, each one of them, including James (usually upfront) and Jane (with especially her legendary blonde creations) being hardcore passionistas about pretty much anything related to coffee and to the company's all but outstanding offers and products. Our local store is warm and friendly. The baristas know all the regulars and their orders. No matter how busy they get In the morning rush they are always laughing and pleasant. It makes my day better to go in and have a cup.

What went wrong is you changed the Chi it's not good. I get one every day now I don't. You use a cheep chi but you didn't lower the price I think you should

I always leave a tip because when you pay by card it automatically ask for a tip before you even tap your card. I am starting to dislike visits because they they never get my coffee right. Not asking for anything off the menu and yet it’s always wrong!

Back in 2025, I tried a frappe this once, And I thought the frappe to be….. AWFUL!!!!!!! The croissants there are just the same, But I still like em. I never tried the coffee’s their yet, But I’ll try the coffee’s one day

My coffee tastes like straight up plastic and three ppl on the live chat as well as the hotline passed me around and insinuated I was lying bc they did not give a receipt at checkout and would not accept my bank charge as proof of purchase. For a $7 cup of coffee this multi-billion dollar company harassed me to the point I had to disconnect the call. Will never support this business again.

The new Chai is awful. It is so bland. I was a loyal customer when they used Tazo chai. Now I save money and make it at home.

I recently went to Starbucks in Sacramento, California to do some computer work as I was getting out of my car a gentleman tried to steal my computer brief cases , I was arguing with him for about 10 minutes. Someone from the store came out and asked him to leave which he did. A police officer came some time later to investigate this incident, as I was in the Starbucks , The police officer asked me if I was OK. I said yes, when I got inside the store, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and orange juice, I had to get up several times to ask for breakfast sandwich the barista said that she forgot about my breakfast sandwich, based on this incident which happened in March 2026 I would recommend people be very careful when going into Starbucks .
